Property Management in Sayulita Mexico

Management fee of $350.00 USD per month includes:

• Housecleaning 3 days per week
• Gardening/yard/clean up/watering 3 days per week(subject to change due weather conditions or the size)
• Laundry-bed linen, towels, dishtowels.
• Refill Gas Tank
• Fill bottled drinking water

Additional Charges will include:

• Heavy laundry, bedspreads, small carpets, tablecloth, curtains, dry laundry
• Gas tanks/cylinders
• Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, clorox, etc
• Water Bill, Electricity Bill, Phone bill, etc
• Fumigation of the premises, if requested
• Gardening supplies, (ant killer, tools, etc)
• Plumbing /electrical/construction materials, supplies, etc
• Pool Maintenance: $125/month.

Our maintenance crew (pictured) is fully equipped to handle minor repairs. For any repairs requiring outside service, a fee of 20% will be add to any outside bill to cover the scheduling, supervision and payment of said by Alcajar
