The Villa is composed of four independent and detached dwellings, each with its own character. The property’s setting is unparalleled, 100 meters above the Pacific with uninterrupted views across 220 degrees of ocean below - Punta Mita to the south, the Isla Marias rise out of the ocean 65 kilometers to the west and on a clear day, the shoreline hills of San Blas to the north. To the east, the sun rises
over the distant Sierra Madres chasing away early morning clouds, lingering in the lush virgin jungle. The entire property sits within an acre and a half of unspoiled natural beauty; two kilometers from the seaside fishing / surfing village of Sayulita, fifteen minutes from the Four Seasons Hotel at Punta Mita and a forty five minute drive from downtown Puerto Vallarta; [knock ten minutes off and you are at the

Casa Felices is separated from Casa Alegre across a cobblestoned courtyard. It is the original building where the designer/builder lived while the main home was built. It is a two bedroom - two bathroom cottage with a separate comfortable sitting room with an open fireplace and its own large terrace. The views are up the north shore and, off to the east, over the jungle and distant Sierras.

The one-of-a-kind pool is truly a focal point at Casa Alegre, with a curved design and center islands, overlooking the ocean views below, it is a place to relax and cool off from the sun during your stay at Casa Alegre. Steps from the pool you may find showers and a half-bathroom for rinsing off.

At the extreme ‘other end of the pool,’ a flagstone stair case winds down to a double casita, one above the other. The bottom casita has one bedroom, a full bathroom, a kitchen, a small sitting room and an outdoor terrace. The upper casita is slightly smaller. It has a full bathroom and a large ‘L’ shaped’ room under a tiled roof that accommodates an attractive kitchenette and sitting area along with a queen size bedroom. Folding doors open out on to a railed terrace. Both upper and lower, enjoy the company of a variety of song birds and parrots along with great views of the Pacific.

Montañas, [most recently built], sits below Casa Felices and Casa Alegre, again, it is totally separate. There is a pair of double bedrooms, each with their ensuite. Across its length, there is a large open sitting / dinning / kitchen area 9m X 2.5m, from which, there is a an open railed terrace. This suite overlooks the jungle below and across the property to the Sierra Madres in the east. Under Montañas, space has been laid out to mirror – [75m²], the suite above, with the potential to build an additional separate unit.

The property is at the end of the entrance road, [no passing traffic] and has an ample parking area. There is a fruit orchard, a small grove of banana trees and a comprehensive range of natural and planted flowering trees and shrubs.
