This flawlessly decorated luxury villa has a large balcony, spacious living room area with a contemporary Mexican setting and a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, living room with plasma tv, dvd and music system in living room. Master Bedroom has a king size bed with a small built in sofa in front for additional "kid" sleeping. Secondary Bedroom has two twins that can be placed together and form a king and a third twin bed for extra sleeping. This unit has an extra A/C in the Living Room/Dinning room. Villa Rosita is located on the second floor of the Parota Building 1 at condominium Los Almendros. Villa Oleandra (Oleander flower) is located on the first floor of the Primaver Building 2. This beautifully mexican handcraft decorated villa has a Master Bedroom with a king size bed along with an extra twin bed next to it for additional sleeping, opening up to a beautiful palapa roof covered terrace attached to master bedroom. The Secondary Bedroom has 3 twin beds, two of which can be placed together and be a king. Fully equipped kitchen/living room with terrace over looking the pool. Villa Bambu is located on the first floor of the Primavera Building 2. This beautifully decorated villa has a Master Bedroom with a king size bed and a Secondary Bedroom with a king size bed as well. There are also 2 spacious full bathrooms. This unit has a plasma tv with satellite and dvd. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. The unit is air conditioned throughout (bedroom and living room). A balcony with bbq equipment overlooks the pool and common area. The master bedroom has a king size bed opening to a private patio/garden with a palapa roof covering a sitting area and bbq. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be made into a king bed and a separate sleeping couch. Not one thing bad to say about this place. Everything is perfect! Owners are great house keeping every day. We gave up $800 we paid for a rental down the street that was a dump. It.s called Casa *****. This is a five star stay! Pool is amazing. Perfect rental

"Perfect Vacation Home away from Home"If you are looking for an easy, low key, comfortable home away from home in Sayulita with all the amenities, Sueno Del Mar is the place for you. The apartment is comfortable and all the fixtures are new and updated. The staff is welcoming and accommodated all of our questions about things to do, places to go and people to see. From surf lessons, to restaurants and interesting local activities, everything is just footsteps away. I look forward to returning soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at Los Almendros. The complex is part of a traditional yet modern villa which offers a tranquil setting and is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach.
The full kitchen is modern with a stainless steel appliances and the bathrooms are beautiful with decorative tile and traditional Mexican decor.
Our dining room was part of the open concept living adjacent to the kitchen and living space. We loved the fact we could open the area to the outside with large sliding glass doors to the balcony. The balcony overlooks a spectacular pool and some distant palms.
Since we went just before high season we basically had the whole pool to ourselves and it was very peaceful and relaxing.

The place is beautiful and the town is great. Bring plenty of paseos, sunscreen, bug spray and your own beach towels. I definitely recommend stopping at the Mega Store in P.V. and stocking up on items. Not very many places take credi cards and sometimes the credit card machines aren't in operation. One of the best vacations are family has ever taken, lots to do for all.

Almendros is new construction, so everything is Grade A and in working condition! The apartment is tastefully appointed, very comfortable, light and airy, has a comfortably furnished, big balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Has a full kitchen and washer & drier. It is a SHORT, PLEASANT walk to ther main beach area and center of Sayulita. Office staff speak English and are helpful and accommodating, (appreciate courtesy, of course). The property is walled and has security guards 24/7.
MORE ABOUT SAYULITA: This was my first trip to Sayulita, though I have traveled A LOT in Mexico and Latin America over the past 35 years. I LOVE the coast of Nayarit. It offers small villages, beautiful TROPICAL BEACHES, intact indigenous culture, friendly locals,WARM OCEAN, surfing, and much more! To my knowledge there is little or no crime--definitely no drug cartels operating. I am in love with Sayulita. It is (in my opinion) the perfect blend of the BEST of Mexico and US/Canadian culture. Genuine Mexican culture still dominates, with improvements added by North Americans, such as gourmet restaurants, CLEAN beaches and streets, surf culture, eclectic shopping, recycling, trash pick up. (Other parts of the Nayarit coast are horrendously littered!) One feels very safe walking around in Sayulita, day or night.
Sayulita's proximity to Puerto Vallarta makes it easy to fly into the area, and to find supermarkets/Costco/Home Depot, if you need those kinds of supplies. In Sayulita, there are LOTS of little tiendas (small local markets for food and sundries) and very good restaurants. One does not need a car in Sayulita, but there is parking at Los Almendros. AARP magazine (Sept/Oct 2010) describes PV area and Sayulita specifically in its article "Paradise Found"

We've been back home a few weeks now but I wanted to thank you very much for renting Villa Sueno del Mar to us for our holiday. We had a lovely time. We enjoyed everything about Los Almendros - your friends and family were so friendly and helpful, our villa was clean and beautiful and the pool was wonderful, especially for the children who spent hours in it every day! We really liked being located beside the school, where the children were preparing for a fiesta with singing and dancing every day, because it made us feel as though we were living in a community. We also enjoyed everything about Sayulita - the amazing people, jumping and swimming in the big waves at the beach and the fabulous restaurants. We'll be back!
