THE PROPERTY: Los Almendros is perhaps Sayulita’s finest condominium complex. The perfect location, romantic atmosphere, architecture, great management, and “Sayulita’s Best Pool”, are just a start to the story.
Los Almendros is a beautiful small complex comprised of 26 villas each individually owned by families whom have now become a community. From the moment you walk in the secure walls of Los Almendros, we think you'll say “Wow! I picked the right place.” You will be greeted by Elizabeth at the front office. And you’ll soon meet David, our on site pool man, gardener, and ambassador of good will. He, too, is ready to help. And if there is anything at all that you need after that, Alex is our on-site general manager. He's a great guy and has a residence at Los Almendros.
The amenities are superb. Round the clock personnel on the grounds. Elevators and covered parking. Air-conditioned homes. Staff to help book anything you may want to do in Sayulita. And a pool that is "fantastico". Lap swimming, children’s pool, sunning pool, and even a conversation pool is a part of the great design. The pool is surrounded by comfortable lounge chairs, tables and chairs for playing games or just hanging out. Plus a wonderful palapa dining area, complete with outdoor grilling.
The location of Los Almendros in Sayulita is excellent. We’re on the quiet north side of Sayulita, just a block and a half from the beach, and just a level 5 blocks into town center. The small complex is located on a lovely street among wonderful homes and neighbors. And the jungle is literally, just out our back door. Our beach has a nice new entrance and is somewhat more private than the beach near town. Starting or ending your day with a walk along the ocean is when you know you’re in paradise. Our north end beach is dramatic and beautiful but if it’s company you want, the main beach in town is just a few minutes away. And it’s there that Sayulita’s famous surf break happens. Surfers staying at Los A have no need for a car to ride the waves. Fabulous food, artisan shopping, and boating adventures are also nearby. Again, our location is perfect.
But our real story is Los Almendros itself. Perfect for families and perfect for a couple seeking some romantic quiet time. Los A is beautiful, peaceful, safe, wonderfully priced, and, oh yeah,…..Fun!
OUR GROUP OF OWNERS: This site is comprised of six friends whom are owners. We prefer to deal directly with renters who choose to stay at one of our villas. We’re happy to share information, rental requests, handle larger groups, and all the good things that a group effort can offer. And if you prefer to deal directly with an owner, we may be a good choice for you. Los Almendros adheres to rental fairness. All of the villas at Los Almendros are well priced. Our value is frankly incredible. In addition, we run specials and we certainly look at offers when booking within the last month. Just ask.
