Casa Buque is a charming duplex-style (over/under) beachfront home located just south of Sayulita of past Playa Los Muertos. The house is within walking distance of the town, but a rental car is recommended if you are not a walker. The home overlooks the Pacific Ocean, surrounding jungle, and jetties of land further to the north.

Guest to the Casa Buque will enjoy access to the private beach shared by only a couple of other houses located nearby. Beach chairs are available to guests as is a couple of kayaks. This is a PERFECT beach for swimming, wadding, and snorkeling.

The upper floor (with separate entrance) is a 1BR/1BA unit with everything you need for a great couples vacation. Cozy, romantic, and quiet. A small kitchen, terrace, and living room offer a perfect tropical-style vacation paradise. The bedroom offers a king-size bed. A/C in the unit. 

The lower floor (also with separate entrance) is a larger 2BR/2BA unit with individual beds that can be slept in separately or slid together to form king-size beds. Both bedrooms have separate terraces. The main terrace has plenty of room for dining and sunbathing. A small dipping pool is also available here. A/C in the unit. 

The beach is just steps away from the house.

The maid can also cook meals for the guests as long as she received an advanced notice. Extra charges for the food will apply and a tip is expected for her work.

"I just wanted to drop you a note to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay. It was absolutely amazing and everything we had hoped for. We have been looking for years to locate the perfect place to vacation. Your home is wonderful and is exactly what we have been searching for. Seclusion, quietness, all the necessities of home and a view that is unrivaled. We spent many hours just whale watching with binoculars from the patio! We made good use of the kayaks as well. We spent many hours fishing from them. We really appreciate you accommodating us on this. We spent half of our time in town wandering & watching and the other half at the house. We loved the walk through the jungle to get to town. It was really beautiful and made you feel out there! The people of Sayulita are amazing. The people are so laid back and accommodating. We did not feel out of place, uncomfortable or threatened anywhere (though we have in other places in Mexico ). We will certainly be coming back in several months and hope to have the opportunity to stay at Casa Buque again. We have no desire to stay anywhere else. We can’t wait! "My husband and I got home last night after spending four wonderful days at Casa Buque. I wanted to take the time to say thank you……..it was an absolutely perfect vacation, ideal location, wonderful home and we couldn’t have been happier…..other than to have stayed longer!!! Meche cooked us a feast fit for a king on our final evening and we ate on the terrace watching the sunset…….it was paradise! We thoroughly enjoyed touring the bays in the kayaks. "Danny and I had a superb time in Sayulita staying at Casa Buque.
For the price, we think this is one of the most delightful and unexpectedly beautiful vacation opportunities we've ever had. Loved the views, the fact that we had a kitchen, the private beach and the kayaking. We didn't mind the walk through the jungle and found that we often did it back and forth twice a day for the exercise and the drama of it. Meche is terrific; asking her to provide a cooked meal for us on our arrival was one of the best decisions we made. We so loved the view, we never ate one meal in a restaurant. We used the kitchen constantly and enjoyed the opportunity to create Sayulita's most romantic restaurant for two, in our living room. Everything was so comfortable, and it's great that you provide the opportunity for Internet access. We would 100% return to Casa Buque for another visit to Sayulita.
