Property Management in Sayulita Mexico
Management fee of $350.00 USD per month includes:
- Housecleaning 3 days per week
- Gardening/yard/clean up/watering 3 days per week(subject to change due weather conditions or the size)
- Laundry-bed linen, towels, dishtowels.
- Refill Gas Tank
- Fill bottled drinking water
Additional Charges will include:
- Heavy laundry, bedspreads, small carpets, tablecloth, curtains, dry laundry
- Gas tanks/cylinders
- Cleaning supplies, toilet paper, paper towels, clorox, etc
- Water Bill, Electricity Bill, Phone bill, etc
- Fumigation of the premises, if requested
- Gardening supplies, (ant killer, tools, etc)
- Plumbing /electrical/construction materials, supplies, etc
- Pool Maintenance: $125/month.
Our maintenance crew (pictured) is fully equipped to handle minor repairs. For any repairs requiring outside service, a fee of 20% will be add to any outside bill to cover the scheduling, supervision and payment of said by Alcajar
