Long before Sayulita became a popular tourist town we were already building housing developments in different towns. In Sayulita we began with “Las Gemelas” in 1981 and it still is one of the nicest places on the north shore. Las Gemelas were initially built as weekend houses for family members only.

Our main purpose is to built and design quality homes for living and vacation, since we have been building on beach, mountains and city; we have experience on design and construction according to each environment so each project perfectly blends with its setting and surroundings.

The construction we have made on the city is mostly contemporary since our clients and the city itself demands a different design. The shapes are very narrow angles and high finished corners. The materials we use are mostly iron, aluminum and glass. We have built as well some Nightclubs, restaurants and bars in Guadalajara City.

The construction on beach and mountain is a Mexican-contemporary style. The shapes are organic, mostly round, softly ended angles and light to see shapes. We use local materials from the surrounding areas, such as wood, rocks, and palm trees. 

Most of our clients at the beach are from the U.S. and Canada, we have plenty experience on working their way. We made a budget and specific-time contracts with keeping photo and schedule track for payments; this way our clients feel like they are on site.
