Hailing from Argentina, chef/owner Marcelo Guerrero has opened an Argentinean Bar & Grill featuring authentic foods from his native South American countryside. Featured in the menu carne (meat) dishes include:

• Marinated Arrachera
• Ribeye Steak
• New York Steak
• Grilled Ribs
• Argentinean/Spanish Sausages
• Shrimp/Fish/Chicken Kebabs

All of the above are grilled over and open flame located at the front of the restaurant (pictured). When you order your cut of meat Marcelo cooks and prepares it to your preference. If a nice cut of meat is not your thing, of course Fiambala's menu offers local fresh shrimp and Mahi-Mahi fish which is always cooked and seasoned to perfection.

Charo Garmendia the second chef at Fiambala, prepares the delicious appetizers of pickled eggplant, mushrooms, and grill peppers. Also she bakes a traditional selection of empanadas (turnovers), which should not be overlooked, not should the freshest pastas and salads in Sayulita. All of the desserts are also prepared in the restaurant. Every item is hand made using only the freshest quality ingredients.

Guests can choose to sit near the open flame, at the inviting bar, or out in the secluded courtyard where candles and lights hanging from the trees create an enchanting dining atmosphere.
