Services for your House and Garden
Serving Sayulita and San Pancho

Gardening: *US$225/month
Includes full maintenance of your garden 3 days a week: watering, weeding, pruning and raking.

Not included in monthly fee: leaf-cutter ant killer (dust or pellets), tools, fertilizers etc.
*Depends upon the size of your garden.

Pool Maintenance: US$130/month
We will maintain your pool 3 times a week so that it never turns green!

Not included in monthly fee: chlorine and chemicals.

Fumigation: US$70
Fumigation of your house and palapa. Price includes the poison.

Bill Pay: US$50
We’ll pay your monthly telephone/internet bill, bi-monthly electricity bill, yearly property tax bill and make sure your gas tank is full and paid. Clear accounting on an xls sheet will be provided.

House Preparation. (Prepare your casa for your arrival): --Price varies.--
We will throughly clean your house, make the beds, ensure you have gas, flowers on the table, refreshments in the fridge, if you desire, and generally make your home welcome for you!

Maid Service: --Price varies--
We can arrange maid service for your casa.

Alfredo Gil-Gomez, offers his expertise as a building construction supervisor and property manager for beautiful homes in Sayulita and San Pancho. His experience, local background and boundless energy ensure success with every project -- big or small.

Working with absentee, English-speaking property owners, Alfredo has been the on-site Superintendent for the creation of exotic homes from the first clearing and cleaning of the raw land to the construction of the casa and pool, to the completion of the landscaping. Alfredo hires the right professional -- artisans and craftsmen -- for every job and oversees the building site everyday. He also takes care of paying the contractors upon receipt of their invoices and he emails the owners regular updates and photos.

He and his team will also provide ongoing services if need be: gardening, pool maintenance, painting, bill-paying, repairs, construction etc.

Alfredo Gil-Gomez was born and raised in San Ignacio, a village just down the road from Sayulita, and is currently the live-in caretaker of a home in Sayulita.
