Cancion del Mar

Cancion Del Mar in Sayulita translates to "Song of the Sea" and describes what you hear on the hill overlooking the ocean and jungle of Sayulita. It is the best of what Sayulita has to offer! One enters the house on the top level of the house. The unbelievable vista as you enter the arched gates at the entrance, descend the curved stairs, then enter the home through antique iron gates into the arched brick corridor and view a vista that takes your breath and your problems away!  The home offers luxury and comfort, as well as color and beauty! Below is a description of the properties, within a few yards of each other.

Cancion Del Mar is 4 bedrooms and can sleep up to 12 people. Palapa living and dining, large kitchen 3.5 bathrooms, pool, the best views in Sayulita 

As you enter the brick arched entrance, you are met with an expansive view of the Pacific Ocean thru the Palapa area. You will see the infinity edge pool that appears to drop off into the ocean. The pool, while small, is kept pristine and fully circulated and filtered.

The Palapa area is an open room which is the heart and the center gathering area of the home. It has a large built in couch which seats 9 to 12 and sleeps 2 if you wish. Dine while watching and hearing the ocean at the round stone table which seats 10. The Palapa has plenty of space to sunbathe, dance, dine, visit, get married, play games, or whatever you desire. The 25-foot Palapa with 5 carved wood ceiling fans lends itself to many moods. The ocean can be mesmerizing, you will find yourself just gazing out at the ocean, and during the season, you can see Humpback Whales coming to the area to give birth to their offspring! Away from the hussle and bustle of the lively village, the peace and quiet is the best Sayulita has to offer, it is magical and healing to those who have busy lives and come to be refreshed.

As you enter the master bedroom suite, you will see a "pebble sculpture" created a local artisan, over the built-in king-sized bed and bedside tables. This room has a ceiling fan, air conditioning, and 16 feet of doors that open to make the room expansive and part of the Palapa, with peaceful views of the mountains. The attached bathroom has handmade Mexican tile and a glass block shower, as well as double sinks with marble countertops, a separate commode room, a walk-in closet and a safe for your valuables.

On the other side of the arched entry, a colorful hall leads you to another bright bedroom with a queen size built-in bed and bedside tables. The room is air-conditioned, has a ceiling fan, and features local art and a space to read. The attached vibrant bath has handmade Mexican tile and a glass block shower.

Down the hall, the bright, cheerful kitchen has handmade colorful tile, and a beautiful fossil island counter. The kitchen has a refrigerator with icemaker, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee pot, dishes, and cooking utensils. The kitchen can be opened up to the ocean breezes and views. You can cook while gazing at the Pacific Ocean. There is a 1/2 bath next to the kitchen.

On the next level down, one of the two bedrooms on this level has a king size bed, and a loft with a double bed, as well as a sofa with a pull-out single bed This is the perfect room for a family with up to 4 children or two couples. The second bedroom on that level is very large, a king size bed and closet. An inflatable bed would easily fit in this room and is available upon advance notice.

The two bedrooms on this lower level share a large bathroom, with the ½ bath upstairs being near.
