Great Boatman

Captain Pablo has a very quality and friendly operation right on the beach. I was impressed from the first moment I met him. As an experienced trout fishing guide myself, I wasn't sure what to expect down there. He hooked me up with "Willie, his best guide". No kidding!! Willie was a GREAT boatman. He understood what flyfishers need to get on Roosters! I was thrilled to see those large, aggressive fish ripping up the water all around us, combs above the surface, birds slamming the water....talk about adrenaline! You couldn't cast without a fish seeing your Clouser. If you want to fish, especially flyfish, or try any other fun beach stuff in Sayulita, go see Captain Pablo.

Amazing fishing trip, no catch but saw 50+ dolphins!!!!

Pablo's has been the best in Sayulita for renting toys all day and had one of the most unforgettable fishing trips I've ever had, without getting any fish! We caught our own bate and went up and down the beach looking for fish, even better we found a pod of dolphins who swam alongside the boat for about an hour!!!! UNFORGETTABLE! They even posed for pictures ;) When we weren't fishing we were able to sit beach front at Pablo's, have buckets of beer brought to you with great food and shop for local goods. The stand up paddle board lessons from Pablo's employees were a big help and we are now pro's! Definitely will be coming back to see Pablo and Patricia on our next trip to Sayulita!!! If you don't spend a day at Pablo's your missing out!

highlight of our trip!

My freinds and I went on a boating excursion with Captain Pablos crew and Ive got to say it was the funnest time we could have ever imagined. We saw whales, flying mantarays, and the snorkeling was happening!!! William was our captain and he was a skilled boatman and made the trip alot of fun for us. He brought along a couple fishing rods so we could troll on the way back from the islands and we landed a HUGE rooster fish which Captain Pablos Restaurant cooked up for us that evening. Take a trip with with Captain Pablos ....they know how to show you a great time!!!

Great experience, Great staff, and Great service

Ten of us have taken several whale watching trips, fishing trips, snorkle trips, and surfing trips with Capt. Pablo and Patty over the past two months. I can say from personal experience on all of my trips the staff have been extrmemly helpful, the equipment has been in excellent shape, and we all agreed the experience exceeded our best expectations. The wildlife and waves of course cooperated extremely well, which is just luck. Lady luck aside however, the excellent equipment preperation, the competitive prices, the handy food / shower / bano accomodations, along with the really responsive staff in a family run business atmosphere combined to make us feel blessed to be out there from the first minutes at dawn - thru re-living the day over drinks at sunset. Even had foot massages in the restaurant. Crazy relaxing.

Great fishing!

The Captains were not only fun but definitely knew what they were doing! You can tell they take pride in providing a successful trip and boy do they deliver! Caught a lot of Mahi-Mahi and the fresh tacos they cooked for us immediately after getting off the boat were delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Great experience with multiple catches...

Great experience with Pablo that takes you fishing for Roosters, Jacks and Snappers. Never had a Rooster fish before and I would recommend it for any salmon fisherman. We managed to see whales and dolphins and I would suggest go on a fishing trip then you can skip the whale watching adventure. Had a great experience with multiple catches and we had the fish prepared at the restaurant for that evening for a very reasonable price. Thanks! JF & Marc

SO Fun!

We had a ball! The guide was doing his best to help us get a fish. The sea was boiling with Jack's! You zoom from one school of fish to the other. My husband was fly fishing for the first time on open seas so that was a little tricky but Fernando was able to help us land one on his casting rod and we all took turns reeling it in. .We could see tons of whales, dolphins, sea rays and birds of all varieties. An amazing day! Bring a sweatshirt for the a.m. trip. WE are definitely doing this again! Thanks Fernando, Patricia and Paul! Jen and Jamie
