BRAND NEW CASA CAPRICIA IS PRIVATE, ROMANTIC, EXOTIC - the perfect place for your unforgettable vacation. You will be greeted by cooling ocean breezes and the soothing rhythm of the waves below. Panoramic vistas of the azure blue ocean, and a large oasis of palm trees give way to the beautiful sight of tranquil Sayulita, and then to the trees and flowers of the jungle. These views will captivate you by day, mesmerize you at dusk with spectacularly colorful sunsets, and entertain you by night, as the twinkling lights of Sayulita reflect off the waters of the bay. In the morning you will awaken to flocks of small green and yellow parrots playing in the vibrant surrounding jungle, while larger blue parrots and eagles fly through the air.
The essence of Sayulita is magic, with natural wonders and an inviting town that holds you spellbound in its tranquility and peace.
The house features an inviting infinity pool, colorful and imaginative decor, an outdoor sitting and eating areas, lush plants and flowers, and delightfully comfortable beds. Each of the two lower level air-conditioned master suites has its own bathroom and soft comfy towels. Each has a terrace with fantastic panoramic views.
Our new third level is equally inviting with its air conditioned master bedroom, bathroom with a jaccuzzi tub, an open semi-outdoor shower and a terrace with a bali bed, for the ultimate views of the town of Sayulita and the best sunsets.
Casa Capricia is brand-new, uniquely decorated, and spacious at over 2000 square feet. Casa Capricia is only a 10 minute walk from either the beach or the center of town. Parts of your walk will be a bit steep. A 4WD car or golf cart is recommended.
Casa Capricia is located on a hill in the quiet and prestigious Nanzal area, providing enchanting views from every room.

Rentals are weekly. We prefer Saturday to Saturday, but we may make other arrangements according to availability. Please don’t hesitate to ask.
Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
A $200.00 security deposit check will be required with your deposit. This will be refundable 3 weeks after your departure should there not be any damages to the house and no excess minutes used up on the mobile phone provided for emergencies.
A 50% deposit (cashier’s check, personal check or money order) is required to hold your reservation.
Final payment due 45 days prior to arrival.

Beautiful home. A relaxing and warm enivronment to spend time with family and friends in the great town of Sayulita
We were so pleased when we arrived at Casa Capricia, the gorgeous views from this unique Mexican home and the open air outdoor living feel made us instantly relax and enjoy our vacation. We travelled with 4 adults and a 2 year old and the home suited all of our needs. We didnt have a 4WD car and made it up the hill to the home just fine but we did spend most of our time walking to the town. We loved our morning coffee around the infinity pool! I would recommend this home to adults and small children (our son slept with us). The master suite is separated by 2 floors from the other bedrooms so it is at your own comfort level if this is works for your family (something I would like to know however). We look forward to returning to Casa Capricia in the future and would be happy to bring our family and friends with us.
