Casa Carmeltia is simple, clean, private and has a great feel.  There is a queen bed in the house and a futon couch (that unfolds to a bed) on the patio.  Our house is fully screened. We have mosquito netting that can be draped over the futon (though mosquitos are rare or few).  Our house is very safe and protected.  Please be advised that roosters live in our neighborhood and can be heard most mornings. Our house is taken care of by Cristela, our neighbor.  She will clean as often as you like which will include sheets, towels, bathroom, floors, kitchen, etc.
 
We are located approximately 3 minutes walking to the center of town and another 2 minutes from the beach.  This proximity makes it easy to go back to Casa Carmelita for lunch or a siesta in the middle of the day.
