Casa Carrollena is the most comfortable and beautiful beach front home in Sayulita! Casa Carrollena is a recently renovated, 3 bedroom gorgeous home located on the beach just a 5 minute walk from Sayulita's main beach and town. The house has an outdoor patio and a lovely indoor patio closed from the elements if one wishes, but always open to the sun and surf  - the perfect place to relax, protected from the sun and still catching all the action. The house has three bedrooms, 2 queen beds and one king. One of the bedrooms opens onto a private patio. We offer AC in the front bedrooms and in the living/kitchen area. The back bedroom is very shady and stays incredibly cool in the summer.

Has it all

Casa Carrollena was perfect. The house was clean and modern. Wifi, AC, lots of ceiling fans, great views and comfortable beds. We loved the way it opens up to the ocean view. It's right on the beach a 5 min walk from town far enough to have an almost empty beach and no noise yet close to all the action. Gabbi was wonderful as well. We had Gemma cook breakfast some traditional Mexican for us each morning, fantastic. Love the little town of Sayulita and I can't wait to go back and stay here again. Los Gemales would be perfect for a larger group with 5 or 6 houses that surround the pool, all looking out toward the ocean.

Can't get closer to the ocean!

We stayed in Casa Carrollena at the end of March 2012 and absolutely loved it!!! It was beautifully updated, suuuper close to the ocean, and probably my favorite part was how open the property was. All patio doors slide open for an "outside feel" that let the breeze and all the sounds of the ocean inside. In addition, Gema was very sweet, Gabby was helpful and we felt safe on the property. I hope we can return soon!
