Casa Coco in Sayulita is a gorgeous ocean view home with two bedrooms. There is one bedroom located in the main part of the home and two separate 1 bedroom studios, providing great privacy for your group. This uniquely crafted home was custom designed and built, with artistic details and accents throughout. It is colorful, beautifully decorated, and immaculate. Located in a quiet north beach residential neighborhood of lovely homes, the house sits 100 feet above the beach.
It takes approx. three minutes to walk to the beach, and a ten minute stroll to the main plaza. The house & studios include once weekly maid service, drinking water, wireless internet, wall safe for your valuables, gas grill, beach chairs, and beach umbrella. You'll fine high quality bed linens, towels, and feather pillows in each bedroom. There is an enormous water holding tank, so there are never any concerns about running out of water when the town is having water pumping problems. As well there is an on-demand hot water system in place - so lots of hot water any time you need it. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans.The property is owner managed and very secure.
As you enter the main one-bedroom upper house, you are immediately awed by the expansive ocean view. The living and dining room are together under a palapa roof. The bedroom has ample storage, and a king size bed. The large bathroom includes a closet, custom hand painted tile work throughout, a copper sink, and features an oversize circular shower. Off of the kitchen is a den with a comfortable wrap around sofa (which makes a very nice bed for one adult or two children), as well as a television, DVD player, and a good selection of DVDs. The kitchen is fully furnished with all stainless appliances, and all the amenities of a gourmet kitchen.There are amazing ocean views from lying in bed, to washing dishes, to relaxing under the palapa roof in the open air living room/dining room area.
The lower one bedroom studio has a queen size bed, fully furnished kitchenette with small refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, hot plate, toaster oven, etc. There is plenty of storage and a small desk area. The bathroom is large, colorful and features custom tile work throughout. The outside patio is under a palapa roof, with comfortable lounge chairs and a dining area, as well as a partial ocean view.
The Garden Studio is a brand new spacious studio perfect for a couple or a lone traveler. This beautiful unit comes equipped with AC, a king-size bed, a full kitchen and bath, and an outdoor living room with a thatched palapa roof. It is a private garden unit perfect for Sayulita lovers!

$40 damage insurance and $35 cleaning fee is charged for each reservation
In the event of a cancellation, the owner will make every attempt to re-rent the unit(s) for reserved dates, in which case a refund will be issued minus any credit card processing fees and/or commissions incurred by owner (including any fees for processing the refund to a credit card), minus a $50 (USD) administration fee. If any of the canceled days cannot be re-rented, the full booking amount for those days will be deducted from any refund due. If any canceled days are re-rented at a rate lower than what was paid for the canceled days, the difference will also be deducted from any refund due. The owner may consider a credit towards a future stay at his/her discretion. Any security deposit already paid will be fully refunded.
Guest receives 50.00% (less $150.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

A short walk to the center of town but lots to see and do along the way as well.
It was like living in a tree fort with the most perfect sunsets ever!
You could hear the ocean ( especially at night) from the balcony/ room.
We would definitely book again!
