La Campesina Multicultural

The Art and Soul of Sayulita

Who we are
Take three artists with similar visions who volunteer their time teaching Sayulita ninos, the kindness of volunteer assistants, mix in the president of the pueblo, stir it all up in a rundown building that used to house a senior’s center, sprinkle in the fairy dust of generous residents, businesses and visitors and gently fold in local children and adults and you get La Campesina Multicultural.

THE ARTISTS´VISION
1. To create the first innovative center for art and multicultural programs in Sayulita.
2. To offer local children and adults classes in painting, recycled papier mache, sewing, photography, sculpture and more.
3. To produce multicultural programs and events to take place at La Campesina Multicultural, within the local community and at the Casa de la Culture.
4. To offer workshops and classes by visiting artists.
5. To tie in all activities of La Campesina with outside organizations, programs and entities, thereby expanding and strengthening each activity within the local community and area.

Any of the above 2-hour classes
Individuals $500 pesos
Groups of 5 plus $400 pesos each
