We wish we could stay forever
We at least one of these condos through Maurice for six months. It was amazing. He’s an incredibly responsive landlord, the property was lovely and we had no issues. Great price, great experience, we only wish we could have made the decision in time to extend the least longer! I recommended Maurice and his properties to many people. Lovely experience overall.

Long term tenant- I loved living here!
I lived at Condos del Sol for 6 months and loved it. The property manager Maurice is amazing- super kind, respectful, responsive, and does whatever he can to make his tenant's lives easier. This place truly feels like a home that you can move into, rather than an airbnb. the views are beautiful, and the pool area with the barbecue was a favorite place for me to hangout and host my friends. Definitely recommend this place.

Lovely apartment in a quiet, central location
I had a great time staying in condos del sol. I was there for 6 months and found it a convenient retreat from the bustle of town, coming home every day and sitting on the patio was a pleasure and it felt safe and comfortable.
In particular Maurice, the house manager was attentive and helpful and dealt with any issues promptly.
Would recommend a stay there to anyone.

Love it here
The apartments are clean, large and have beautiful views. Our property manager, Maurice, is kind, helpful and always on top of things. Upon my arrival he was ready with all the phone numbers I needed for laundry service, water delivery, WiFi, etc... and if you need anything, he’s right there (or getting the right guy there for whatever needs to be done) Downstairs pool and BBQ area an added bonus. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. Quiet enough to hear the waves crashing at night. The location of perfect. I definitely have to say that I lucked out finding Condos Del Sol when I did. There are no neighbors here.... only friends.

Best neighborhood and ideal accommodations
Condos del Sol will always have a special place in my heart. The apartments are new, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Everyone who lives here is incredibly friendly. Quite, safe, and tranquilo neighborhood. We loved our time here and recommend it to anyone looking for a solid long term rental.

The Southern Edge of Sayulita
I retired and arrived to Sayulita in June of 2018. At the time, there weren't many long term rentals offered. Luckily for me Condos Del Sol had just been completed. Condos Del Sol consists of 8 units, 6 - 2 bedrooms one bath and 2 - 2 bedrooms 2 bath. The units are spacious and easy to clean. They are modestly furnished. They have gas for hot water and cooking. There are those that prefer the northern part of our pueblo, but for my money I love the quietness and breezes on top of Calle Naranjito. And I also loved the view. The pool is quite nice and a small kitchen for tenants and for entertaining guests has been installed in the pool area.
