The main house at Casa Cumpleanos offers an oversized master bedroom that takes up the entire second floor with a King bed, full bath, and a large terrace to enjoy the ocean view. The master bedroom is equipped with A/C and two overhead fans. The master bedroom upstairs is accessed via outdoor stairs. Downstairs, the indoor den can easily be converted to a second bedroom by pulling down the futon couch. This room also has a full bath.

The kitchen is large and fully equipped to make great meals. The main house also offers ample outdoor covered living area and a dining area that seats eight comfortably.

The large pool at Casa Cumpleanos is lovely and relaxing, complete with a wrap around bench and a deep end. There are plenty of comfortable lounge chairs around the pool for sun bathing and relaxing pool-side.

The guest house at Casa Cumpleanos is self-contained and private from the main house.  It offers a double bed, a small kitchenette, a full bath, and an outdoor terrace. The guest house does have A/C and an overhead fan. If rented separately, the guests will not have access to the pool.
