Hacienda Daniela in Sayulita.  A true Hacienda-style house in tropical Paradise.

This house is located in north Sayulita, just two blocks from the beach and “left” surfbreak.  This house has been constructed in pure Mexican hacienda style, offering a combination of Spanish construction techniques and Pre-Hispanic methods and artwork. 

The hacienda layout is based upon the classic form of a central patio (historically used to collect rain water) but now it giving the house utmost privacy plus  natural sunlight and ventilation without necessary looking at the street. 

The construction is made out of antique materials including 100+ year-old wooden beams, stone façades from old colonial buildings, gigantic stone columns brought from different parts of the Mexico and a very articulate handcrafted construction to perfectly accentuate this very special construction style. 

There are carefully planned spaces for each part of the house, a special living room designed for use with the pool. This house has two sets of rooms connected through a corridor, thus giving unique privacy to the users of the house. Each room has its own bathroom, as well. 

An enormous terrace on the roof with a barbeque can be used for sunbathing during the day or stargazing in the evenings.
