Hotel Distrito 88 is a gated property with staff on site until 11pm daily.

Our six beautiful suites and common areas at Hotel Distrito 88 have been thoughtfully designed to create an elegant hipster-chic interior. An elevated heated pool and terraces provide guests with breathtaking views of the ocean, the jungle, the town, and our huge Distrito 88 private garden. At the pool, guests can lounge on designer furniture and take advantage of the property’s discreet, yet always attentive services.

All of our suites are unique and all offer amazing ocean views. Every Suite is decorated with original pieces from Mexican artists, designer furniture, elegant parota wood finishings and art deco Kitchenettes. Secluded sundecks at 3 of our 6 suites and a private balcony help ensconce our guests in their own private natural world.
The Villa Suite 1 (5 guests) is a stylish lofted suite that can accommodate up to 5 people with a 270° ocean view in a gorgeous garden and jungle setting. Equipped with a king-sized bed in the loft as well as a queen bed and comfy sofa on the main floor, surrounded by 6 large windows bringing the ocean right into the room. The Villa Suite is the perfect combination of luxury and comfort. It features an art deco kitchenette, Nespresso machine, a smart TV (roku), air conditioning, a powerful ceiling fan, a rain shower, luxury bath items and a spacious parota wood closet.
Suite 2 (4 guests) is a large, stylish high ceiling suite with a queen sized bed and a double bed that can accommodate a party of four. The High Ceiling Suite also features an art deco Kitchenette, Nespresso machine, a smart TV (roku), air conditioning, a powerful ceiling fan, a rain shower and luxury bath items. Enjoy stunning views combining the ocean, village and jungle from our 5 meter long windows while sitting in the comfort of your luxury suite.
Suite 3 (3 guests) is our top floor suite that boasts a truly stunning 270° ocean view. Immerse yourself in the sounds of nature and gentle breeze from our private balcony or through our large ocean view windows. The Superior suite contains a plush king-sized bed, sofa bed, private tv room - with smart TV (roku), art deco kitchenette, Nespresso machine, air conditioning, ceiling fan & rain shower with amazing jungle views.
Suite 4 (2 guests) is our romantic suite. Designed with comfort and pampering in mind, The Deluxe Ocean Suite includes a king-sized bed, art deco kitchenette, Nespresso machine, air conditioning, strong ceiling fan & a smart TV. This suite comes with a large bathroom with a rain shower and luxury bath items, two large walk-in windows allowing you to take in a beautiful 270° ocean view. This suite features a private terrace under a gazebo with 2 sun loungers.
