Welcome to Casa Compadres, a luxury vacation villa in Sayulita located just two blocks (less than 3-minute walk) from the rarely crowded north-end beach and “left” surf break. The view from the villa is magnificent, gazing west over swaying palm fronds to the blue Pacific Ocean as well as south over the village (beautifully lighted at night), and also to the jungles and Monkey Mountain in the east.
This 3BR/4BA house is perfectly designed for three couples (three private master-bedrooms) or a family looking to enjoy an incredible Sayulita vacation. Acclaimed architect Jose Enrique del Valle designed Casa Compadres with both “form and function” in mind allowing for indoor/outdoor living, four individual terraces, sweeping views, as well as ingenious architectural creativity.
Upon entering the antique-designed front door, guests are amazed at the sloping stairway with three large hanging baskets, lighting the way to the two master bedrooms on the top floor. Both bedrooms open up to individual terraces with great ocean/village views. The “Egyptian” bedroom even has a small soaking tub on its terrace. The “Moroccan” bedroom is tastefully decorated, romantic and charming.
From this top floor, guests can continue up the staircase to the coffee/margarita terrace where they can gaze all the way to Sayulita Point and even watch dolphins and breeching whales in-season.
The kitchen, dining, and living-room areas make up the off-street level of Casa Compadres and have been tastefully furnished with hand-selected artwork, lighting, and furnishings from throughout Mexico (including a small water fountain feature in the living room.) A large digitally controlled refrigerator and fully stocked kitchen ensure guests the ability to create fabulous meals from ingredients purchased in the local markets.
Another tile staircase descends through a sitting room to the pool and garden area complete with waterfalls, lounge chairs, and tropical plants and palm trees. Adjoining this pool area is the “Stone” bedroom appropriately named for the beautiful wall of stonework. Of course, this bedroom also has a private marble-tiled bathroom with an indoor/outdoor shower.
Due to the location of Casa Compadres, a rental car is not necessary however a two-car garage is available for parking and/or surfboard storage. Maid service is provided daily except for Sundays.
Casa Compadres is presented as one of the best vacation rental villas in Sayulita and we trust your expectations will be exceeded!
I just wanted to thank you for an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Compadres. Steve and I had such a relaxing trip and one of the best parts was putting our bags down and walking through your home. We felt like we’d won the lottery. We were treated to hummingbirds, a refreshing pool, amazing sunsets and stellar views of the ocean right from the comfort of the bed.
You provided us with such an amazing retreat and we’re grateful for the care and effort you put forth to make our stay a memorable one.
Best wishes,
Alyssa
