The house is majestically perched on a hillside overlooking the ocean, the ball field,  and the river's entrance into the Sayulita bay. It is a one minute walk to town and a 5min. stroll to the beach.  The main house is 2 bedrooms/one bath with a fully equiped kitchen and lounging area along with a large palapa-covered deck area which is nestled in afternoon shade and delicious ocean breezes. 

Down a garden path and then curving up is the "ariba" master suite.(with private bathroom)  French doors open up from this bedroom to a large palapa - covered sitting area complete with an outside kitchenette.  Below the main house is a small spiral staircase leading to the 4th bedroom/bath casita, which has its own private and unique outside sitting area. 

The first 4 bedrooms all have queen size beds.  The 5th bedroom curves down a path below the pool and it has a double loft bed along with a single day bed and of course its own bathroom.   All rooms have fans for coolness and connect to the beautiful swimming pool and lounging deck. A palapa covered pool side bar with a separate BBQ area makes for a great fiesta atmosphere to enjoy the ambience of Sayulita. Curving stair cases and manicured landscaping make entering and leaving the house almost as much fun as staying there. This house is definitely Sayulita's best choice for groups of 6-10 people.

There is a cook available for dinners at an additional cost. There is also a tour guide available if you don't want the hassle of renting a car.  He will pick you up at the airport and bring you to the steps of Casa de las Flores.
