Picture yourself fishing, swimming in the ocean, sunning on the beach, shopping in the village, or relaxing on the terrace overlooking the beach and town with a local beer and a good book. At Casa de Tres Lagartos, you can combine the authentic tastes of native Mexican life with the relaxing atmosphere of a private home.

While only a short walk will take you the two blocks to the main beach or village plaza, the gated casa and surrounding gardens provide you with privacy and seclusion. This close location on the coveted south hill eliminates the need for a rental car, and it's a wonderful choice for one to three couples or a family group.

Casa de Tres Lagartos is a three level home with two terraces and a garden patio. The top level, with an incredible view of the bay, beach, and town, is a great room with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining, and living area. Expansive doors on this level open to the main terrace so the flow of living spaces easily accommodates groups for entertaining. The middle level of the casa has two master bedroom suites, each with a king sized bed and large ensuite bathrooms. These bedrooms open to a shaded terrace with an ocean view. The two ground level bedrooms, with separate entrance, contain twin beds in one and bunk beds in the other and a shared bathroom.  Only when we are in living in the two upper levels of the house, we will rent a bottom bedroom.  Due to the shared bathroom, rental of both bedrooms is available only to a family group. The garden patio, with its lush garden, also has an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. Ocean breezes and ceiling fans in every room keep the house cool and comfortable.
