While only a short walk will take you the two blocks to the main beach or village plaza, the gated casa and surrounding gardens provide you with privacy and seclusion. This close location on the coveted south hill eliminates the need for a rental car, and it's a wonderful choice for one to three couples or a family group.

Casa de Tres Lagartos is a three level home with two terraces and a garden patio. The top level, with an incredible view of the bay, beach, and town, is a great room with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining, and living area. Expansive doors on this level open to the main terrace so the flow of living spaces easily accommodates groups for entertaining. The middle level of the casa has two master bedroom suites, each with a king sized bed and large ensuite bathrooms. These bedrooms open to a shaded terrace with an ocean view. The two ground level bedrooms, with separate entrance, contain twin beds in one and bunk beds in the other and a shared bathroom. The garden patio, with its lush garden, also has an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach. Ocean breezes and ceiling fans in every room keep the house cool and comfortable.
