Description

Villa Pina at Casa Jacobo in Sayulita sits on a lovely hillside on Calle Naranjito offering panoramic views of the Sayulita village, hillsides and the jungle. The villa is modern, clean, fresh, bright, airy and beautifully designed. Villa Pina opens up to a private patio where you can enjoy a cool breeze and fresh air. You can also close the doors and enjoy the modern Mexican design and, decor with air conditioning if you prefer. Calle Naranjito is quiet and beautiful.

ACCOMMODATIONS: Villa Pina has a king bed on the lower level and a queen bed in the loft, 1 bathroom, patio, inside or outside dining and fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and utensils. There are also built in sofas on the terraces that can also be used for sleeping. There is a door between the terraces of Villa Pina and Villa Coco that can be left locked for privacy or unlocked to accommodate families or friends traveling together.

Location: Villa Pina at Casa Jacobo is located on Calle Naranjito ("street of little oranges"), a safe neighborhood just south of the town square (plaza). A short easy 7 minute walk will take you to the town square and/or the the beach. There are many excellent restaurants or markets where you can buy fresh meats, fish, shrimp, produce and desserts to enjoy back in your villa.

The private and secure tropical gardens that surround Casa Jacobo lead to the refreshing pool and patio with a BBQ grill. You can help yourself to Papayas, bananas and limes when in season.

Villa Pina is equipped with wireless high speed internet. Use of a Vonage phone is available for occasional or emergency calls to the US and Canada.

Services: Daily housekeeping service provided (except Sundays and Holidays). Property manager lives on site and will take care of any issue that may arise quickly. Free bottled water in all Villas.

Villa Pina | Nov-May -$763.00/week - $109.00/Night

Rates are quoted in US dollar and due to the Mexico tax laws we are now required to add 16% VAT (sales tax) and 3% Nayarit lodging tax to our rates .These taxes are included in our rates. We are a legaly registered tax paying property in the State of Nayarit.

There will be a $10 extra person charge per day for more than 4 people.

A 50% deposit (PayPal, cashier’s check, personal check or money order) is required to hold your reservation. The balance is payable in cash (US dollars) or PayPal 30 days prior to arrival. We will never ask you to wire money.

Cancellation policy: Full refund of your deposit will be given up to 30 days prior to your arrival date. After that we will refund your money if we are able to re-rent your casita.

I knew it was perfect!!

I’m writing early and I’m still here but I’m a very happy guest! I’ve stayed at Casa Jacobo before…many years ago. Now I’m at Villa Pina and am very happy with my decision to be here. The Villa was spotless, the bed is “Mexican firm” but I like it that way. Love the distance from town in that it’s only a 6 minute walk to get to the bustle of town, and the hilly walk back gets you to the peace and quiet of Casa Jacobo. Since my last stay, there is added security with a gate at the road; this is reassuring and as a single female traveller, I am thankful. My first day there was no gas for the Villa but Terrie had emailed to let me know and assured me it would be filled immediately; it was! Raquel and Jorge (gardener and cleaner) are very kind and attentive. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else!

Perfect!

Perfect place for a relaxing getaway. All the amenities were excellent. About a 7-10 minute walk into town.Up a little hill, but not bad. *Hint* use the blue stairs 20 feet away, saves you a lot of huffing and puffing.Met a couple of full time neighbors, very nice people. Margarita the house cat always stopped by to check on me.😊 Lots of good places to eat, take your pick. If you want good churros, see the guy across the bridge, you won't be disappointed. Will definitely come back again.

Love everything about Casa Jacobo

Villa Mango in Casa Jacobo is wonderful! We've stayed in Sayulita multiple times before, always at different places, but Casa Jacobo is our new favorite. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, away from the bustle of town center but still close enough for easy access and about quick walk both to Sayulita Beach and Playa de los Muertos. The Villa is high up: breezy and luminous. Spotless Mexican style with beautiful vaulted brick ceilings, cob bedrooms, and views of the neighborhood below. There is also a spacious private balcony perfect for breakfast and bird watching. And there is a lovely little pool and patio shared with the other Casa Jacobo villas. This was a space we really enjoyed being in - it was more than just a base for our Sayulita adventures!

Great space and hosts

Terrie and her husband, Z, are great hosts. They had a super quick response time, were helpful in answering questions and making recommendations and kept in contact. The terrace/patio for Villa Coco, our unit, was very spacious and private. The Mexican tile and decor adds a great touch. We loved having two separate sleeping areas with a king bed and a queen bed. Somewhat limited space for hanging clothes in the lower sleeping area. Some of the units require going up/down a number of steps. It is an easy walk into town, but there are hills. You will hear and see roosters, a donkey, cats, dogs in the neighborhood. This is the case everywhere in Sayulita.
