Playa Secreta Weddings in Sayulita by Karen Ruezga specializes in planning wedding ceremonies for couples from around the globe, tailoring their big day in one of our romantic & fun destinations. Karen Ruezga will provide you with thousands of inspirational ideas, covering everything including all the tiny details. It is very important to have a professional team to bring out and realize the ceremony according to your ideas on the day of your wedding. Villa Romance: Location Video
Villa Romance, located oceanfront at the highly sought-after penthouse of Amor Boutique Hotel, has the most stunning wrap-around ocean view in all of Sayulita. This panoramic and supremely picturesque setting is ideal for intimate ceremonies.
Accommodates up to 30 guests for the ceremony & reception.
Curfew: 11:00 pm
Location Fee: No Location fee, Hotel policy: must rent a minimum of 6 Villas for 3 nights each.
Villa Arboles:
Villa Arboles at Amor Boutique Hotel is thoughtfully and organically built around trees that rise up through the terrace. This family-friendly 3-bedroom luxury villa in Sayulita features luxurious open-air living, fully enclosed bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a well-appointed kitchen. This expansive 3 bedroom Sayulita ocean view suite has it all. Two en-suite master bedrooms, and a third bedroom with 2 twin beds, comfortably sleeping 6 people.

Beachfront Gazebo:
Our picture-perfect venue is for those seeking an intimate ceremony adjacent to the water’s edge under a romantic gazebo. Our artisanal iron gazebo comes wonderfully alive with flowers and adornments into a real-life beachfront wedding fairytale.
Accommodates up to 60 guests for the ceremony & 30 guests for the reception.

Kissing Garden: Location Video
Our beautiful garden is ideal for those who prefer to have their feet in the grass, rather than the sand. The Kissing Garden is grand in size yet nestled within tropical palms, soaring papelillo trees, gigantic banyan trees, torch ginger and fragrant plumerias. It is ideal for lovers who desire a serene tropical setting.
Accommodates up to 120 guests for the ceremony and up to 60 for the reception.

Patio La Gran Villa: Location Video
The crown jewel and landmark location of Sayulita, La Gran Villa sits atop the point with unobstructed ocean views. The patio wedding venue is set back from the estate featuring a handcrafted stone fountain set within towering traveller's palms, tropical foliage and fragrant plumerias.
Accommodates up to 150 guests for the ceremony & reception.
Curfew: 11:00 pm

Playa Secreta is located in the tranquil bay of Bucerias. One of the exclusive locations for weddings and events we offer, your guests will be soothed with the sound of waves lapping on the shore as the palm trees gently sway in the ocean breeze.
Accommodates up to 80 guests.
Location fee: $2650 USD. Does not require the rental of any rooms.

Villas Parota: (Nuevo Vallarta, Nayarit)
It combines the characteristics of a Boutique hotel and an exhibition garden to create an exquisite location of art and design that is complemented by an intervention of nature in some strategic spaces within it. With an eclectic and bohemian atmosphere, you get a mixture of natural tones and bright tones that accentuate the Mexican decoration which will welcome you to Villas Parota.
We are located in Mezcalitos, Nuevo Vallarta. Within the restaurant area, and very close to the beautiful beach of Nuevo Vallarta.

We had our ceremony and wedding at the La Gran Villa Patio and oh my gosh!! It was so beautiful! The team set up the scene perfectly and were very attentive throughout the wedding day, Karen or our day-of coordinator popped in throughout the day to ask if we needed anything and the staff clearly knew what they were doing and took charge. The food was great and the staff took great care in keeping things clean and safe for us Americans to eat/drink. The day-of coordinator was God-send, she kept things moving so smoothly and we didn't have to think about anything but enjoying our special day.
We will be back for an anniversary I am sure, we want to re-live our day over and over again because it was just perfect.

Su forma de trabajar es muy amena y eficiente considerando que toda la organización es a distancia, cualquier duda inmediatamente Karen la contesta y siempre esta muy al pendiente de todo lo que se necesita.
El día de la boda todo salió excelente, mis invitados notaron lo eficiente y el buen servicio que nos brindaron. La comida del buffet estuvo deliciosa, las bebidas muy ricas y la decoración hermosa.
Gracias por haber hecho para mi y Abraham un día tan memorable tan especial, un gran recuerdo y experiencia.
Si alguien tiene interés de trabajar con Karen y su equipo lo recomiendo bastante, no sé van a arrepentir porque en Sayulita no hay mejor equipo para organizar un evento.

Clear and consistent communication is key when planning your wedding from across two countries and Karen was on top of it! An easy step by step process that really made sense and pinpointed every detail and aspect of your wedding day.
We met Karen in person for the first time only 2 days prior to our wedding day. She is fabulous, so kind and really invested in your needs and wants! Our wedding day was beautiful! The amount of work her team did to make our day special was incredible. Every detail we emailed over was executed perfectly and even more details were added that completed the look of our ceremony and dinner. I thanked Karen during our dinner and I was so overjoyed I started to cry! So glad we will have the photos to remember it all but I tried hard to soak in every moment and every detail.
