This excellent dining spot has been spiffed up from its last iteration, Don Chow. There really are two sides of the menu; one side is very Japanese with an excellent variety of sushi and rolls, beautifully plated and generously portioned. We loved the very inventive Tokyo Nachos-- a crisp wonton, heaped with spicy tuna, guacamole and jalapeño peppers. This taste will have your tongue doing the conga, so be sure to have a delicious margarita or Pacifico at hand. This is one of the restaurant's signature dishes and is a must.

The Veggie Roll is terrific and, as you can see, can easily be shared. I also enjoyed the Mahi-Mahi, Veracruz style, a very traditional taste of Mexico. Flip side of the menu has lots of meaty dishes. Glancing at the adjoining table, the barbecue ribs looked yummy and the Rib Eye steak was tempting. We'll have that next!

Our waiter, Hector, was better than tops.

Latitude 20 deserves mucho praise.
