We stayed in Casa 1 for 7 nights and couldn't say enough great things about it. The location is great! It's only 1 block from the beach and about 2 blocks from the plaza. It's also conveniently located in very close proximity to the best margeritas in town (Aaleyah's). It's so close to everything that we didn't need to leave the house with much of anything. The rental itself was beautiful! No pest problems, very clean, regular maid service (about every other day), bottled water, kitchen with all the necessary tools for cooking (but so close to good food it's not necessary). Te rental has everything you could need, surfboards, beach chairs, umbrellas...all you have to do is show up. The hot water works quite well and there's also very secure safe. The neighborhood felt very safe and the owners have a great realtionship with neighboring residents and businesses. Cheryl and Roger are great hosts and are available to answer any questions you may have. This was our first time traveling abroad and they gave us all the right tips. We will stay here again and would recommend Casa de las Palmas to anyone. Stay here and fall in love with Sayulita!

Not only is the place very well decorated and comfortable the location is great and it is right in town! This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and I do not think we will be staying anywhere else. The patio is great, wifi is fast, and the shower is hot. It is on a nice quiet street but once you take a walk you are only a couple blocks from the city square and the beach. If you are lucky enough the owners Cheryl and Roger might be around to chat; they are a very very nice informative couple from Oregon.

We were in casa#2 (upper) with one of the best equipped kitchens we've had the pleasure of renting, even though we didn't take advantage-too many good restaurants including Sayulita's #1 rated Alaya's right around the corner. Cheryl and Roger were attentive and knowledgeable, we felt safe, and very comfortable, and the private rooftop was amazing too! The attention to detail in the tiling and finishing, as well as the crisp bed linen, made this beautiful place such a haven, and it's near the beach and town center! We will be back!

My husband and I recently stayed in Casa 2, it was everything as outlined and more. The casa is extremely comfortable, well equipped and the location was great. The home owners were wonderful to deal with and made sure we had everything we needed. Sayulita is such a great little town, I hope we will be able to return again very soon. I fully recommend this property, thanks again Rodger and Cheryl for everything.
