After renting over 30 different properties in Sayulita, we built a home in a quiet neighborhood on the North side of Sayulita that we enjoy and will share with you and your family or friends. As a mother of three children who are grown, finding the right place to stay is the most important part of the vacation. Adults and grown children have to have separate space and bathing facilities to keep their spirits high during the vacation. Casa Las Rocas is that perfect place to stay, offering common areas and private niches for everyone to relax and enjoy their Mexico trip.

Casa Las Rocas is a new (December 2007), contemporary, fully equipped, three bedrooms, three bath home that accommodates large families or can be split for couples or small groups. The house sleeps 6 adults, 2 king beds, and 2 twin beds, with additional space for sleeping on the built-in sofas. The common area in the downstairs is an open living concept with the living, dining and kitchen areas modern, clean and open for mingling with family and friends. When you open the sliding patio door; the outside patio and plunge pool become an inviting area for entertainment for family and friends. Mothers with small children will enjoy the grass yard for the children s play. The two separate bedrooms and baths offer quiet retreat and privacy for quick get-away, siestas, quiet time, reading time. The upper unit is a one-bedroom casita that offers a mini-kitchen, 700 square feet of private terrace, outdoor sofas and furniture, and a separate outside access for privacy. For those who may be a little squeamish about jungle insects, animals, bats or other critters, there are screens on all the windows with sliding glass windows and doors. The common living area and all bedrooms are air conditioned.

The upstairs terazza offers wonderful sunset views and incredible star gazing nights. This neighborhood is quiet (no roosters crowing, dogs barking, pigs squealing). This is the neighborhood that frequent Sayulita visitors and residents prefer for those reasons. Not only is it quiet, it offers a gentle walk 3 blocks to the residential, north end beach of Sayulita. There are NO big hills to climb at the end of the day or a return from dinner in town. Yes, take that flash light and enjoy a short walk to or from town. This is truly the home to emphasize a relaxing Mexico vacation.

Sayulita offers so many wonderful amenities, great food, relaxing beach time, wonderful people. The place that you stay should be NEW, CLEAN, ACCOMODATING, AND MOST OF ALL RELAXING. Casa Las Rocas is that home away from home for you.

We built this home taking the BEST from the different properties that we rented and incorporated the best in this home. We offer Casa Las Rocas for you and your family enjoyment! On a final note, Sayulita is a growing community with home construction underway on all fronts. There is a house under construction next door, the construction may be active during the day but the workers stop at about 4:30 PM every evening, 12:00 on Saturday, and do not work on Sundays. (NOTE: 5/13/08 House next door is about 75% complete, most of the work is finish work, painting, tile, woodwork, landscaping, etc. Should be completed in a couple of months)
