After renting over 30 different properties in Sayulita, we built a home in a quiet neighborhood on the North side of Sayulita that we enjoy and will share with you and your family or friends. As a mother of three children who are grown, finding the right place to stay is the most important part of the vacation. Adults and grown children have to have separate space and bathing facilities to keep their spirits high during the vacation. Casa Las Rocas is that perfect place to stay, offering common areas and private niches for everyone to relax and enjoy their Mexico trip.

 (1) CASA ROCAS MAIN HOUSE UPPER SUITE

The upper unit is a one-bedroom mastersuite that offers a mini-kitchen, king bed, full bath, an inside sitting area, and 700 square feet of private terrace with a large palapa, outdoor sofas and furniture, and a separate outside access for privacy. For those who may be a little squeamish about jungle insects, animals, bats or other critters, there are screens on all the windows with sliding glass windows and doors. The common living area and bedroom are air conditioned. An Ipod/CD player is included

The kitchenette is equipped with a refridgerater, sink, coffee maker, toaster oven, and a hot plate (no stove), and standard kitchen items.

The pool is available for this unit, however, it is shared with the downstairs 2 bedroom unt.

 (2) CASA ROCAS CASITA - LOWER SUITE

The casita lower suite is a large one-bedroom suite that offers a full american style kitchen, 1-king bed, full bath with shower, an inside sitting area, and 250 square feet of covered outside private terrace with a ocean view. The inside living room has a large "L" sofa that can be used as an occasional bed.  There are screens on all the windows with sliding glass doors to access the outside terraza. The common living area and bedroom are air conditioned. 

The kitchen is equipped with a full refridgerater, sink, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender and a full stove and oven. Included is a full set of cooking utintsils, plates, glasses, to prepare meals in the casita. this units also is comes with a 20" TV with a DVD player, and an Ipod player.

 (3) CASA ROCAS CASITA - UPPER SUITE

The upper unit includes a large one bedroom unit with a king bed and a full bath with closets. The living area is beneath a large palapa where there is a sitting area with a great ocean view. The unit includes a mini-kitchen with a refridgerater, sink, coffee maker, toaster oven, and a hot plate for cooking. The unit is the perfect size for a couple, it is not recommended for small children. The bedroom is air conditioned, and has screened windows so you can get a peaceful nights rest. There are 2 flights of stairs to access the upper suite, but it is worth it when you take in the views of Sayulita and the ocean.

This unit backs up to the jungle, so there is a a lot of wildlife in the area, including many birds, parrots, chachalacas, iguanas, mexican foxes and tejones.

 Casa Las Rocas is a new development that includes the main house with the upstairs one bedroom master suite (Casa Rocas Upper Suite) and a 2 bedroom, 2 story casita located behind the main house. The units are contemporary, fully equipped, with large bedrooms, air conditioning, and all of the comforts of home. The units have additional space for sleeping on the built-in sofas, which can serve as a twin bed. The kitchen areas are modern, clean and open for mingling with family and friends. When you open the sliding patio door; the outside patios and terrazas become an inviting area for entertainment for family and friends. The bedrooms and sitting areas offer a quiet retreat and privacy for siestas, quiet time, or reading time. 

  This neighborhood area is quiet (no roosters crowing, dogs barking, pigs squealing). This is the neighborhood that frequent Sayulita visitors and residents prefer for those reasons. Not only is it quiet, it offers a gentle walk 3 blocks to the residential, north end beach of Sayulita. There are NO big hills to climb at the end of the day or a return from dinner in town. Yes, take that flash light and enjoy a short 10 minute walk to or from town. This is truly the home to emphasize a relaxing Mexico vacation. The houses are located on a dead-end street so there is very limited vehicle traffic. Parking is provided for all uints.

  Sayulita offers so many wonderful amenities, great food, relaxing beach time, wonderful people. The place that you stay should be NEW, CLEAN, ACCOMODATING, AND MOST OF ALL RELAXING. Casa Las Rocas and casita is that home away from home for you. The Tropical House Restaurant is located about 3 blocks from the house and provides fine dining for dinner and has great american style breakfasts with free WIFI internet access and an exprssso bar. All renters will recieve a free   welcome drink at the Tropical House.

  We offer Casa Las Rocas for you and your family enjoyment! On a final note, Sayulita is a growing community with home construction underway on all fronts. There is a possibility of construction in the area near the house, however, the area is very quiet at night, so you can always get a good nights rest.
