Description

Casa Siete Palmas in Sayulita is located in the desirable north beach area, in a neighborhood of beautiful homes. The property is built with traditional Mexican architectural design, including palapas and hand-painted Talavera tiles. It is attractively decorated with Mexican arts and crafts collected from all over Mexico. The access to the beach is an easy one minute stroll, and the town plaza is no more than a ten-minute walk away. We provide off-street parking but due to the convenient location, one does not need a car to get around.

Casa Siete Palmas the upper unit, is a traditional bungalow nestled in lush tropical gardens just steps away from the pool. The house features an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed, custom primavera wood built-in closet and a small desk. The house has a wonderful living room/kitchen area that opens on to a covered patio that is perfect for dining and overlooks the pool. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with Mexican dishes and glassware, coffee maker, blender, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and bottled water. The Talavera tiled bathroom opens out into a private outside shower surrounded by tropical plants.

The house is a perfect multi-house combination when rented together with the lower unit Casita La Palmita

The Villa Palmas Reales estate is ideal for large groups, and can be rented in any combination of 1-6 bedrooms, for groups of up to 12 adults.

Beautiful casa
Rob’s casita was a perfectly relaxing getaway in Sayulita. Private, lush, and comfortable and exactly what we needed for a relaxing time near the beach. The apartment comes with everything you’ll need including great wifi, kitchen (cooktop, grill, and lots of cookware), and A/C in both the living room and bedroom. Rob and the other guests were attentive and nice. The pool was a great way to cool off in the afternoon after spending time downtown or on the beach. The apartment is a 10-walk downtown but there are delicious food options less than a five-minute walk away. The apartment is also not too far away from some hiking trails that lead to a few more private and relaxing beaches (like playa de las Cuevas).

Magical stay
We had the most wonderful time in Sayulita and staying at Rob's place. Being away from the downtown area was so relaxing. Having a pool to dip into was beyond perfect. Everything was spotless, the A/C worked great, the patio was comfortable. We had to stay somewhere else the last night and were sad thinking about how great the 3 nights we spent at Rob's were. We'll be back and definitely recommend others to check it out!

Fantastic
Overall amazing experience. Rob's place is clean and in a stunning location just steps from the beach. His communication was prompt and clear while in no way feeling overbearing. I also had a personal issue pop up towards the end of my stay that he was extremely understanding of. lovely host. lovely spot.

WOW
Gorgeous place with views of green lush nature! Lots of birds and iguanas we saw from our patio. The location was quiet but a short walk to the Plaza of town. You can’t see the ocean but you are 2 blocks away and can hear the waves crashing! Our place had everything we wanted. Rob helped us out with ideas for activities and was very quick to respond to our inquiries! very recommend!!

No better casa
House was in a great location. It was pretty far away from the town noise. Beach access was so close! Highly recommend hanging out at Serena’s bar on the beach. The owners were very nice and accommodating. House had everything we needed. Would definitely return

Thank you Rob
We had a perfect stay at Siete Palmas. The place is just as pictured. Lovely size for a couple. The kitchen was well stocked. Great location to be on the quieter side of town, right across from the beach, but easy walk into the square. Rob was very attentive, giving us good tips, and great management, he even sent over a blanket (it was much colder than normal) which was very appreciated! Hope to return...

Nice complex, great pool,15 min walk to the town square
We just stayed at Siete Palmas and La Palmita for the Christmas and New Year holiday. The facility is lovely, We would stay there again if we were ever to back to Sayulita. Having both places worked out great for our family.
The only draw backs were minor, in 2 weeks Silvia the cleaning person only came once, the “book” for the house is out of date. It tells you to ask Silvia for more drinking water, there was no way of getting a hold of her. The internet was spotty, we were told it was just the time of year as the area was full of guests. When she did come on the day before we left she said call Jorge. you can buy water to drink in town, so that was not a real problem. In the 2 weeks we never saw Jorge the caretaker. The first day another fellow cam by to check the lights and we told him the safe did not work so they got us a new safe the next day. As for the lights a great many are not working so bring a flash light to see when you out for dinner.
There were not any sheets and only 1blanket for the beds in the living room, so ask for them when you arrive. If you plan on using the sofa beds. We only needed them 1 day when someone got sick.
The house is on central time, the book says it’s on mountain time,
The house is situated surrounded by a few others, as it being the holidays it was noisy, but not unruly.
You might bring some matches as the stove will only light with matches or lighter. (We bought 2 lighters and left them)
It was a pleasant experience and we enjoyed our stay there very much, highly recommend this house

All good except there were to many dangerous stairs
We loved the Casa and the location. WE have been coming to Sayulita for the past 8 years and this year we stayed in Siete Palmas for the first 2 weeks of our stay. The staff are great, there to greet you, pack luggage and groceries up all of the many many steps. We did not mind the steps just that they were rough stones kind of jagged. Also, many lights were burn't out so did not have a very good view of steps at night. The maid Sylvia even washed a few of my clothing items so nice of her! The grounds were kept up daily and they needed it as the iguana's were always around dropping leaves everywhere. One even fell into the pool when they were fighting. We did have great sleeps here could hear the ocean. The beach was close and with this being on the North end it was clean! We found the kitchen small (no counter space) but it had lot's of dishes and supplies available. Loved how quiet it was during our stay!
