Location, location, location.  This beautifully built house is perched right above the town square offering spectacular views of the ocean and village from each of its three levels combined with the ease of close proximity to the beach and village.  This is your car free vacation.  Forget wine for dinner?  It's a two minute walk.

Casa Suerte's unique architectural style complements the Mexican village experience. Designed and constructed by the acclaimed architect Jose Enrique del Valle, Casa Suerte combines light, art, views, and functionality in a manner conducive to the house's perfect location on the hill above the town sqare.  Hand-crafted copper faucets, lighted alcoves, sculpted counters, tiled floors and intricate rock work are some of the house's many delightful features. 

Each level of the house has spectacular ocean views.  An enormous spiral staircase connects the separate levels. 

The primary living level contains the living room and kitchen in an open floor plan, with a french doors leading to a small garden and bathroom.  Additional french doors open out onto a spacious patio with a large outdoor dining table overlooking the village and ocean.  The two couches convert to comfortable twin beds at night--or push them together to form a king bed.  The stocked kitchen has all the basics, a gas stove, microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator, and an eating bar with stools. 

The third level houses the beautiful master bedroom (queen bed), bathroom, and closet which also has a twin bed for a child (a small but functional space).  The bedroom has a viewing terrace overlooking the ocean and village on one side, and opens onto a lush garden patio with a water feature on the other side.  One can see the ocean from the comfort of the bed.  We have a tv and dvd player, and a/c in this room.

The top level is our rooftop patio with 360 degree views, chaise lounges, bar table and chairs, and the laundry facilities.   The views are simply stunning.

Though the cobble stoned gated garage on the ground level provides for secure parking, a car is not necessary in that the house is a 2 to 3-minute walk from all that Sayulita has to offer.  The beach is literally out the front door and a short two block stroll down the cobblestone street.  Free Internet access is available on the plaza 1/3 block away, and at local cafes.  Cell phone signals are available at our house.
