Casa Ajusko at Monterosa in Sayulita is a two level, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo located in the sought after north end of Sayulita. Enjoy sweeping ocean and jungle views including Sayulita's main surf break and Monkey Mountain from the private rooftop terrace.

Casa Ajusko is named for the tallest volcano near Mexico City. It makes for an ideal relaxing getaway with family or friends or "work from home" environment. Our condo is new to the rental market and is fully equipped for full time living with amenities such as fiber-optic wifi, a 55" flat screen TV and Bose sound bar, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen with a gas range, Calphalon cookware, and a water purification system. The roof top outdoor cantina is perfect for happy hour, BBQs, or just lounging on the private terrace. There is a washer/dryer and private golf cart parking. 

The Casa consists of 2 bedrooms on the main level: the principal with a king sized bed and ensuite and the second bedroom with  2 single beds (that can be converted to a king). There is also a beautiful main bathroom with a skylight and marble shower. The 3rd rooftop bedroom has a double bed with a 2 piece bath and outdoor shower. Each room has its own air conditioning unit. The previous owners were art collectors so there are some stunning pieces. Casa Ajusko is the ideal getaway for a family or group of up to 6 people. 

Casa Ajusko is located in Monterosa, a 21 unit condominium complex with lush gardens & tennis court. This safe, clean and gated complex is just a 10 minute, flat walk to downtown and less than 3 minutes to the beach. All common spaces (tennis court, pool, pool deck, pool bathroom/outdoor shower, gardens) are open to residents and renters only. Our property manager Frank lives in Sayulita and is here to help make your trip enjoyable.

North End Location
There are many great restaurants and tiendas a short walk away or venture a bit further and explore the vibrant downtown area of Sayulita. The North End neighborhood is safe and quiet and the beach is clean. Tides can be strong and the waves can be big so best enjoyed by good swimmers. We have blankets and chairs for beach use and there are surf and boogie board rentals close by.
