The one bedroom apartment at Villa Atlantica (Atlantica lower) in Sayulita is a beautiful unit that has been specially built as a luxury vacation rental. The ground floor unit is located approximately two blocks from the beach and offers everything you could possibly imagine necessary to provide you with one of the most convenient accommodations available in Sayulita. Please note Atlantica Lower does not have access to the upper apartment or the rooftop pool.

The 1BR Villa Atlantica suite is like no other 1BR house in Sayulita. Each detail has been specifically thought of to provide you with 100% comfort during your vacation. Clean, elegant, and stylish.

This completely self-contained unit offers a very large living space decorated with modern Mexican art and stylish furniture. The bedroom has AC, a large king bed, and large window that opens to a plant-filled mini garden.

The complete kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals and the dining-room accommodates four people. The couches have been created to allow for comfortable sleeping areas (sheets provided) if there are a couple more people or kids in your group.

The house is stocked with an iPod stereo, wall safe, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach coolers, and everything else you will need for a perfect vacation.

Special note: Villa Atlantica has been built and designed entirely as a vacation rental house, and not as a second home. We have taken great pride in creating a rental location that will appeal to you and exceed all expectations for a Sayulita vacation. Villa Atlantica is comfortably priced at $95/night including all taxes, fees, boogie boards, regular Eco maid service, bottled drinking water, beach cooler and beach umbrellas.

I will be back and I will be staying HERE! PERFECTION!

The home is spacious, clean and exactly what I needed to make my trip to Sayulita a total success. I had dear friends staying closer to the beach, but I loved my little get-a-way (like a 3 minute walk).I was close to ALL the shops, restaurants and the views from the rooftop were to die for-you can see the entire town.I accidentally left a TON of pesos on the counter and my daily housekeeper totally left it there. She was incredible too! Be sure to tip your helpers! They make your stay feel truly luxurious! I felt safe with the double locked entrance gate and my condo door.

Perfect place to be!

I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Atlantica! It was the perfect place to be for my friends Sayulita wedding. Close to other houses guests were staying in, great proximity to la Plaza and the beach.
Steve was great with pre communications as well as during my stay.
I can’t wait to go back and stay longer, sooner rather than later!

Great place to stay to explore Sayulita!

I stayed nine nights in the Villa Atlantica one bedroom unit. It is a clean, comfortable, spacious and secure apartment - two people could stay there for an extended period without claustrophobia setting in. Fully functional kitchen, nice bathroom & shower. King bed was firm, which was great for my aching back. Good reading light in the bedroom as well. Living/dining room is large and open, and the couches are comfortable (can be slept on in a pinch, too). Beach chairs, towels and umbrellas are provided. The staff are friendly and helpful (Nubia and Chito). Location is great - about 200 yards from the bridge over the Rio Sayulita and "downtown"; similar distance from the north beach area (flat, two block walk in either direction). Two lavanderias close by, taxi stand, coffee shop and multiple restaurants less than a block away. Definitely consider renting a golf cart to fully explore the town - you can cover a lot more ground, and parking is easy! You can't go wrong with this one.

Super location...

We stayed fora week recently. The location was perfect for us, just a short walk to all the action: beach, or restaurants, or shopping. The apartment is quite functional but very sparsely appointed. There is no microwave, toaster, kettle....no TV or "music device"....and no comfortable chairs....(oh....btw, our 19th year of spending winters in Mexico)...

Very clean and great location

We only stayed in the one-bedroom bottom suite for two nights, but absolutely loved it and will definitely be back. The location is amazing, about a five minute walk to the main square and a few more blocks takes you to the beach. It was far enough from the centre that it was quiet at night but close enough that you could go back to the house easily if you forgot something. The place was spotless when we checked in and the maid was very sweet, even though she didn't speak much english.
I couldn't seem to figure out the code on the safe, but the place seemed very secure with an outside gate and then a separate front door key so we just hid our valuables and it wasn't a big deal.

Great place for a getaway

My girlfriend and I recently returned from Sayulita where we had booked a 5-day getaway in Villa Atlantica. Both of us found the house and all of its amenities to be quite modern and incredibly CLEAN. It was what you would expect from a high-end hotel room or something along those lines. Big fluffy towels, great water pressure, smooth silky sheets, and a kitchen stocked with everything we needed. Maid service was daily and the girls were a lot of fun to practice our limited Spanish with.

Can't wait to return!

My wife, son and I stayed at Villa Atlantica and were very pleased. It was less like a typical "rental" property and more like scoring the keys to your rich relative's sweet Mexico retreat! It's modern styling is super cool and it's apparent that great attention was paid to the details of the decor and comfortable furnishings. Villa atlantica was clean, safe, comfortable and all within walking distance of everything you could want to access.

We will definitely book Villa Atlantica on our next trip to Sayulita.

Great accommodation and value!

Stayed two nights here. Large one-bedroom with extra sleeping in the living room. Close walk to the square and a little further to the beach. This is the quiet area of Sayulita which is a plus. Especially liked the beach items they had for us to use: umbrella, chairs and boogie boards. Definitely a clean, comfortable accommodation and would recommend it.

Exellent Value!

We stayed at Villa Atlantica for 6 nights and were very satisfied with our stay. The villa is very well appointed and perfect for us in every way. The location was perfect as well -convenient to local stores and markets, 5 minute walk to the beach, and yet very quiet and relaxing. The service staff were very pleasant and responsive to our needs. The furnishings were very practical and comfortable. The decor was very modern and bright. There was plenty of space, and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils for our own meal preparation. The owner was very easy to deal with, and made sure that we had everything that we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We would highly recommend this villa for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Sayulita, while enjoying the beauty of their surroundings and excellent value that this villa has to offer.
