Carlos Bill is a native Spanish speaker who grew up partially in the United States and in Venezuela. He gained experience managing properties such as homes, farms and communities in the U.S. and more recently in Mexico. Prior to this, he worked for 20 years as a public school teacher, trainer and Principal. He moved to an eco-community in Sayulita in 2016 and has decided to call it home. Alethia Aguilar is a native of Guadalajara and has been living in Sayulita for 3 years. She has ample experience in hospitality, business administration, and is a certified tour operator in Mexico. She has been managing properties and personnel in homes, hotels, and vacation rentals here in Sayulita since she arrived. Prior to this, Alethia co-founded a local tour company, which rose to top five in Trip Advisor within a year. Her knowledge of the local area gives her an edge when dealing with out-of-town guests.
