Casa Campana is ideally located on the beach in front of the surf break. You cannot be any closer to the main swimming and surfing beach! It is only 2 short blocks from the center of town on the south shore. Leaving the pool area you are on the beach which is usually full of swimmers, surfers, and boogie boarders. You can easily look out from your room or the pool terrace to check out the waves and action. The beach in front of our home is ideal for family use as well. The grounds at Casa Campana have 14 coconut palm trees and gardens with lush tropical plants and flowers.
Our 4 bedroom option consists of a free standing 2 bedroom Casita and a beautiful poolside Guest Room.
The Casita at Casa Campana is a three bedroom self contained home of about 1500 sq ft. surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden. This home is situated just behind the main house. The casita is very private and decorated with original art, high quality linens, and all the "extras". The main level has two air conditioned bedrooms, one king and one double. Also on this level is a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The upper level has an outdoor living area with full bath. This area is partially covered and has a sunny lounge area as well. The views from this level are of the ocean filtered through the palm trees. Above this, nestled under the palapa roof, is a king sized loft bedroom. It is a very romantic and secluded bedroom and you feel like you are in a tree house. It has views of the town, coastline and ocean.
Poolside Guest Room at Casa Campana is attached to the main house but has a private entrance. It is tastefully decorated with original art from both national and international artists. It has a sunny and shady area on the terrace overlooking both the pool and the ocean. The terrace has a hammock and lounge chairs with umbrellas. Sun or shade - it's your choice. There is a fresh air bathroom and outdoor shower. The shower is surrounded by a tall wall and greenery. It is fun to look up and see palm trees and the sky and at night the moon and stars. It has a small refrigerator, coffee pot and dishes for cold foods. Laying in the king bed, you can see the ocean, feel the breezes and hear the waves crash on the shore. With folding doors you can open your room totally up to the outdoors and just relax. You'll have the option to use A/C for your comfort and you'll be provided with filtered water, high quality linens and towels for both the beach and home.
Both the Casita & Guest Room come equipped with filtered and/or bottled water, high quality linens, and both bath and beach towels.
