Casa Cascada (Condo Maraica) in Sayulita is a spacious, comfortable, 2 bedroom 2 bath fully equipped condominium. It is part of the 10 unit complex of Maraica Condominiums, with access to an outdoor pool, gorgeous gardens and on site parking.

Located on the North End of Sayulita, across the street from the north beach and a short 10 minute walk to the town center. The bedrooms consist of a master suite with a King bed and ensuite bath and a second bedroom with two Twin beds and a second, separate bath. Casa Cascada is a front lower unit with terrace and garden, and space to park a golf cart.

The condo also offers a fully-equipped kitchen, making it the perfect choice for families or couples looking to get away for a Mexican holiday! A quick walk from the plaza in the center of town, Casa Cascada provides the perfect mix of a relaxing vacation while also being able to enjoy all the attractions Sayulita has to offer. Wonderful place to stay!

Great space, great location! The place was nice and clean, equipped with all that we needed for our week long stay & the on site pool was perfect for our family and well maintained. We loved the location as it's close to town, and right across the street from the beach. The host was amazing and provided us with detailed information and a lot of recommendations for our stay. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this condo!

Just as described!

Great place to stay!

I stayed at this condo for a week and it was a so nice. It's a super quick walk to the beach and everything needed for the beach was provided. The center of town was very close and there were lots of great places to eat or shop for food. The condos had everything I needed ,wifi, beach toys, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue. It's a great location for me to get some exercise from the short walks to the town and it was always super peaceful at the condo. Nikki was a great host and answered my emails promptly. She was very patient with an older guy like me and I hope to be back next year for a longer stay.

Better than the pictures!

This property was a pleasant surprise! It's so much bigger than it looks in the pictures and it's a great location. Bright, colourful property with a great pool and a close walk to the beach and the town. I had an incredible stay here and am looking forward to going back.

Great stay!

I loved my stay at Casa Cascada! The condo was lovely and clean and had everything I needed for my stay. Beach chairs and umbrellas were available for us to use, which was great since the beach access was so close to us! We were a quick walk to the centre of town, with lots of restaurants to eat at along the way. It was a great stay and we will definitely stay again!

Love this Property!

Clean, quiet and gated. We could hear the ocean crashing when the patio windows were open. Its a two minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes into town very centrally located. The condo has everything you need, great place to stay I would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Cascada! Modern, open floor plan with a Mexican flare. Perfectly located right across from the beach and just a quick walk into town. Beds are super cozy, living space is nice and bright and the water pressure in the showers is fantastic! (Just a bonus as this isn’t always available in Mexico)
We will definitely return to Casa Cascada but hopefully for longer this time! Gracias Shearar family :)

Great Condo, Great Location

We had an amazing stay! The condo had a Mexican style with a touch of modern- a perfect combo! It was great having our own private yard while also having access to the pool and being so close to the beach. The condo was spacious, clean, and just had a great vibe to it! We received all the information needed prior to our arrival, and we were able to settle in right away with no fuss! I definitely recommend this rental! Great location too!

Most Excellent Sunny Sayulita Condo!

Large ground level open concept condo with lovely patio and private lawn in 10-unit gated property with ocean view across the road from the beach. New deluxe beds in both bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with large dining area. The walk into Sayulita is 10 minutes by road or by beach. Countless choices for excellent meals.
Fantastic condo with excellent management. I will happily rent again next Fall as the weather was perfect for 14 days.

Fantastic place to stay.

The condo was excellent. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The location was perfect very quiet, close to the beach (could see and hear the ocean) and a short walk to town. No need for transportation. The pool was great. Beautiful place to stay.
