The space

We loved staying at Summer's place! Her and Diana (the co-host) were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had - even ones that didn't regard the rental. Georgie and Gabby, who took care of the place, were people we saw often and they were so kind, friendly and helpful.
We stayed for a month and work remotely and we were able to set up our equipment fine - the wifi is SUPER FAST, like faster than what we have at home.
Awesome location, walking distance from everything, and it was up a road that was away from a higher traffic area.
Would definitely stay again and we would recommend this place to anyone!

Great spot
The location is great for going to the beach and it's centrally located near restaurants and a plaza. The house was clean, but it had limited cooking supplies (like salt, oil, etc.). If you plan to cook here, I recommend buying basic ingredients.

A wonderful stay. It is perfectly located in Sayulita but just outside of the hustle and bustle, so it's calm. Incredibly walkable to coffee shops, stores and the beach. Would definitely come back again!

Summer's spot is in the ideal location in Sayulita, close to the main part of town and the beach, but tucked away on a side street that feels quiet, safe, and serene. The unit itself is spacious, and has the basic amenities like towels (including beach towels), kitchen supplies, good wifi and A/C, nailed down. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable base in Sayulita.

Great apartment just outside the main tourist area, so it's easy to get to, but you don't have all the noise.
The apartment faces the street and doesn't get direct sunlight, but the street is quiet, and it has everything I need.

Everything was perfect!
Thank you Summer, Diana & Gabby for hosting us! Your home in Sayulita is the perfect oasis. Walkable to the beach and town but far enough away that it is quiet at night. Once we started using the air conditioning correctly (the team helped us promptly to resolve our user error) we were extremely comfortable & cool inside. We enjoyed exploring and meeting/talking with locals. Sayulita is truly a Pueblo Magico!

I cant recommend enough
The home was a nice spot. Simple and cute. They had a jug of water for you to refill your water bottles and in Mexico that is a life saver. It’s very nice and a decent walk to the beach and town. Overall, I’d book this apartment again.

Summer is originally from Hawai'i but moved to Sayulita, Mexico to marry a Mexican longboarder and raise a family. She is the mother of three boys and has spent the last 15 years in Sayulita. In 2005, they built Casa Nainoa as their family home and began renting out several apartments. Overtime, their rental business has grown, out of a love for hosting and the dream of sharing the Sayulita experience with others. She has watched Sayulita grow from a sleepy fishing and surfing town to the vibrant travel destination that it is today, visited by people from all over the world. Bienvenidos a Casa Nainoa!
