The property is tastefully decorated in high-end Mexican decor and oozes with local charm. Casa del Morro is steps away from everything Sayulita has to offer while still maintaining privacy and seclusion. It is the perfect spot for any vacation work, surfing, sightseeing, or relaxing. The property offers beautiful 180-degree views of the ocean, town, and hillside. The twinkling lights and the glow of the city at night will have you in awe. Prepare to be immediately immersed in the town's local culture that surrounds Casa del Morro.
Casita 4 at Casa Del Morro is a private studio suite "the terrace studio" has everything you need to be comfortable on your Sayulita vacation. Enjoy a king-size bed, private kitchen, bathroom, private terrace, and high-speed internet. The property is equipped with a reverse osmosis filtration system, so feel free to open your mouth in the shower. The shower is spacious with hand-painted Talavera tiles and plenty of water pressure. Spend time outside in our shared spaces on the rooftop terrace. second-floor dining terrace or pool area.
Casa Del Morro is centrally located on one of the best streets in Sayulita. We have amazing neighbors, mostly long-time locals. Everyone looks out for each other, so we have had zero issues with security. The property is fully gated with codes to enter and exit. Yolanda and her family live across the street. The BBQ chicken they make daily is the best in Sayulita. There are endless dining options as we are located just above Jose Mariscal—home to many restaurants and shops.
Our dedicated long-term staff keeps Casa del Morro spotless inside and out. Flor is the house manager, and Yessi her sister assists. Jonathan is our expert gardener and painter. All three are a wealth of knowledge regarding Sayulita. They can answer questions and make recommendations.

Our only note is regarding the WiFi which is nice for Netflix and general browsing. But if you're working in a long-term extended work online, there's a nearby coworking space that can offer much better connectivity.

we worked while we were out here and the WIFI was very fast and great to handle two people on video calls. plenty of outlets that don't require adapters for North American travelers.
The location is centrally located in town, which was both a pro and a con for us. This lovely neighborhood can party all night so prepare for some music. The white noise that the fans made helped a lot.

As the description says, you’re literally in the central downtown area, so at night it is a bit noisy. This would be the case in most downtown locations. The noise didn't bother us at all and still had great sleep and got to love the spot. We’ll definitely be back!
