Casa del Risco in San Pancho, 10 minutes north of Sayulita welcomes you!

Enjoy spectacular ocean views in total seclusion while listening to the waves of the Pacific Ocean and the jungle birds sing at Casa del Risco. This fabulous home is perched approximately 110 feet above a quiet beach cove on a private half acre with 180 degree, coastal views of the Pacific Ocean and tropical jungle.

After passing through the iron entrance gate, through flowering gardens and giant palm trees, you will see the second king en-suite bedroom with outdoor shower, ocean view terrace, mini fridge and coffee pot. Descend several garden steps over a wooden bridge and through an antique door into the entry level bedroom hosting a king size bed, outdoor shower, kitchenette and terrace. The kitchenette hosts a two-burner stove-top, microwave and mini fridge.

Meander below to another lower level patio with a BBQ, wet bar, two chaise lounges, an umbrella and a dining table for four. Continuing further out, you will find the ocean view pool. Take the path down a private stairway leading you down the mountain side and to the secluded beach cove below.

We invite you to enjoy the feeling of total privacy while being in the treetops, overlooking one of San Pancho’s most sought after views of the Pacific Ocean. Just a quick drive, takes you to the heart of San Pancho, which offers a variety of restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops and activities for all.

Casa del Risco, a private, detached, two-bedroom/two-bathroom, ocean view home, can be rented with the main house that shares the property or on it’s own. The primary home, Casa Miramar, is a fabulous ocean view villa that hosts three en-suite bedrooms, built separately and secluded from the Casa del Risco. For information on combining Casa Miramar together with the neighboring, two-bedroom ocean view home, please inquire within. Please keep in mind, if not rented together, the homes can be rented separately and may be occupied by other guests not in your party. The homes are completely private and autonomous from one another and only share a parking area & beach cove access.

Seasonal rates are per night and in US Dollars. Until confirmed, rates and nightly minimums are subject to change without notice.

January 9 – December 14: $365 USD per night, $2500 USD per week – 5 to 7 night minimum depending on the week
December 15 – January 8: $445 USD per night, $3000 USD per week – 7 night minimum per holiday week

$65 USD non-refundable cleaning fee

spectacular property with amazing views!

Casa del Risco is a spectacular property. The views are the best part. Amazing. We loved having our breakfast on the terrace every morning and my adult kids liked having their privacy in the new upstairs unit. The grounds feel very private yet still easily accessible by car. We had a Toyota Rav 4 which was perfect. I wouldn't recommend renting a sedan. I had thought that when we booked it, we might feel isolated but not at all.

The upstairs unit was new, and there were a few details that needed attention. San Pancho Rentals addressed this immediately. We love renting through them!

Awesome - the roar of the ocean

Third time staying here! We love this place. Perfect for a couple with rental car interested in visiting the beaches and restaurants in small towns north of PV. Gecko is the go to place for a vehicle - something rugged to handle the dirt roads.

Paradise

Our week at Casa del Risco was fantastic and relaxing. We cannot wait to come back. The view from the case is spectacular and the sound of the ocean just outside is so relaxing and wonderful. The grounds and patio are beautiful. One of the best parts of the casa was the outdoor shower facing the ocean and the fantastic and comfortable king size bed. San Pancho town is so charming with wonderful restaurant, street performers and friendly people. Allison at San Pancho Rentals and Real Estate was very responsive and helpful. I could not have asked for more and cannot wait to return..

Perfect vacation home if you want to hear the ocean

Casa del Risco was amazing. We LOVED being there. Usually on vacation, we like to explore and spend a lot of time in town. We thought we would do the same here.. Well, the more time we spent at this lovely home, the more we wanted to stay home! San Pancho is a great town - we will be back next year. We also plan to stay at Casa del Risco again! The home is so peaceful, the scenery is beautiful, the ocean waves are so loud (one of our main criteria when renting a home). We never used the air conditioning, the open windows were perfect! If you are looking for a larger kitchen, this is not the place for you. More counter space would have been nice, but we made it work. Like I said we will be back, so it was definitely not a deal breaker for us. Also, they just put in a lovely new pool and it's very nice and well maintained. I am happy to provide other details, but I will assure you that you will not be disappointed with this spot.

We LOVED Casa del Risco. Typically, we like to explore and spend a lot of time in town and anticipated it would be the same for our stay in San Pancho. Well, the more time we spent at this lovely home, the more we wanted to stay home! San Pancho is a great town and we will definitely come back next year. We also plan to stay at Casa del Risco again! The home is so peaceful, the scenery is beautiful, the ocean waves are so loud (one of our main criteria when renting a home). We never used the air conditioning, the open windows were perfect! If you are looking for a larger kitchen, this is not the place for you. We would have liked a bit more counter space, but we made it work. Like I said we will be back, so it was definitely not a deal-breaker for us. Also, they just put in a lovely new pool and it's very so refreshing and well maintained. You will not be disappointed!

We spent a fantastic, relaxing week at Casa del Risco. We cannot wait to come back. The view from the casa is spectacular and the sound of the ocean just outside is so relaxing and wonderful.
