This house was situated along the main Punta de Mita highway. Home is spacious and equipped with anything you may need for your stay. The pool that is pictured is not the private pool with the home, but a shared pool. The private pool is much smaller. Because the home is on the main highway, it is fairly loud but does quiet down in the late night hours. We opted not to rent a golf cart and just walked into town. It was about a 5 - 10 minute walk to town and about 15 - 20 min. walk to the beach. Our 5-year old did just fine with the walk even with the hills but could be a bit strenuous for some. Overall, it was a lovely stay.

Perfect Location!!
This was the perfect location - 5 minute walk from the main town, far enough away for us to escape what was a bustling semana santa in sayulita. The unit was clean and there was more than enough space for us. There were multiple balconies, and the little pool with mountain views was a nice touch. Maria helped us get a cab to the airport. It was a great stay!

beautiful home & excellent location
Very nice home to relax and enjoy while being still close yet far enough away from the busy main part of Sayulita. The pool made it great to cool off after a busy day. The outdoor table and seating was our favorite to enjoy breakfast and play games on a hot afternoon. We enjoyed having two bathrooms and two bedrooms to spread out. We loved renting a golf cart from the rental place a block away. It was convenient to park the golf cart and charge it in the garage! Maria, the property manager was so kind and helpful! So appreciated her assistance! Thank you for the big bottle of water, too!

Loved our stay
Casa Dulce is a lovely, well-furnished casa. It is an easy walk to the main square and the little stores nearby have a fair selection of things you might want. Great value for money. Sayulita is a fun town with a good beach and a lively nightlife. We enjoyed our stay.

Great home, great host!
Margaret’s casa was absolutely divine! The host Maria was fantastic from start to finish. The casa is beautiful and the location is great, tucked away from craziness of “downtown” sayulita. My family of 4 stayed for a month. We had everything we needed at the casa, it’s well equipped for long term or just a quick stay. Including a very clean washer and dryer! There’s a pool right outside your doorstep, breakfast joints 2 min walk from the casa as well as a wonderful organic store. Thanks for having us!

Very clean, well stocked, and incredibly responsive managers.
Casa Dulce is an awesome place in a great location. We did not want to be in downtown Sayulita due to the noise. Margaret’s place is the perfect balance of being super close to town, but with more peace and quiet. Pool was fun for the kids. I recommend renting a cart, driving in Sayulita is hectic due to the narrow streets. Plus there’s rarely any parking for a car in town. With the cart you can hit the beaches, town, and stores. If you want to leave Sayulita, there’s a car rental place in town, tons of taxis, and all classes of buses. We had comfortable beds, clean towels and linens, and a nice kitchen to cook an occasional meal. When we couldn’t turn on the a/c and had a wifi issue, both were fixed in less than a half hour by Maria. Wow! Thanks Margaret, Maria, and Alma! Highly recommended.

Amazing house in a perfect location
Just a little walk down the hill into the town of Sayulita, just far enough not to hear the noise of the town at night which is a big bonus if you're looking to have some early nights. Would recommend to any group of friends or family looking to visit this beautiful place

Very impressed!
What an amazing house just off the beaten path. We stayed at Margaret's place for 2 nights and was very impressed with how clean it was. I would recommend renting a golf cart to zip around town and home easily.

Margaret in Sayulita Mexico
Bio Please mention SayulitaLife
I was born in England and raised in Ndola, Zambia. I have traveled quite a bit but am now settled in Arizona. Sayulita is a special place for me. In my previous life, I was an owner/operator of a successful restaurant and still love to cook. My outdoor passions lie with nature and animals and hiking.
