En Forma Sayulita provides a one stop resource for all wellness related happenings in Sayulita. We provide a live calendar of all wellness activities in Sayulita and the surrounding areas as well as educational resources on the different types of wellness available.

Many people are not familiar with powerful healing tools such as breathwork, reiki, shamanism, soundbaths, to name just a few. Our website looks to demystify the mystic and holistic practices used by generations of native cultures by explaining them in everyday terms.

So helpful in connecting me with a local healer!

In planning a somewhat last minute trip to the area after our original plans had to be changed, my friend and I were hoping to find someone in or near Sayulita who could assist us with some healing work, as we were both coming out of difficult experiences. Errin was able to connect us with an incredible healer who was a perfect fit for our needs, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. I'm extremely grateful I found En Forma Sayulita!

Perfect!

Amazing girls retreat!

We used En Forma to plan some personalized classes for our group. They planned yoga on the beach, a sound bath, mezcal tasting, and surfing lessons! Everything was absolutely amazing and really gave us the time to relax and enjoy the services without having to plan. What a relief! I would highly recommend En Forma to plan whatever you’d like to do in Sayulita. Leave it to the experts!

Awesome Retreat Planning Services!

En Forma planned the dream get away for me and my girlfriends- a customized retreat experience that included everything we were looking to do including private group yoga instruction, surfing lessons, a sound bath, and a mezcal tasting. They knew all the best providers and helped us plan a fun, restorative vacation. After two years of living through a pandemic, this was exactly the trip we needed. I highly recommend En Forma!

Your go to place for everything wellness! Many of us come to Sayulita to do some yoga, reiki, meditation, you name it, and instead of spending your valuable time stalking the different yoga studios and what time classes are offered, you can go to Enforma and find it all at once. Such a convenient, user friendly, and resourceful source to have for us wellness enthusiasts. Plus, Errin is a phenomenal person who always has a smile on his face and is passionate about what they have created. Maximize your time in Sayulita

If you're coming to Sayulita and want the perfect resource to plan your health and wellness activities efficiently, there's no reason to look further than EnForma. When my girlfriend and I came to Sayu we gained so much time by booking our workout classes, yoga, and even a soundbath through the easy to use website. Having visited Sayulita before, it was a little overwhelming and time consuming to figure out where and how to book these types of classes. I'm grateful a friend directed us to Enforma. Booking was easy and all the classes were of exceptional quality and value. Highly recommend if you're coming here to make the most of this service, you won't regret it!

Enforma is Amazing!!!

Enforma helped me plan out my whole experience in Sayulita! I was able to plan and connect to the healers and instructors of wellness I was looking for, which ended up introducing me to some incredible masters of their craft in yoga, massage, breathwork, reiki and amazing sound healings! Fantastic Service for Sayu!

Sayulita is popular for many reasons: a key one being the health and wellness community! It's a big part of why I'm here as well. But after being here for a long time, you start to realize that there is just so much going on in this community, and it's really hard to keep track of it all! Enter En Forma! When I found this calendar, I was truly relieved as it really helps me to figure out events on a particular day I'm interested in, as well as to know all the different vendors, classes, and types of activities that are out there! I've been recently looking for breathwork activities - and I can come to En Forma to search for that specifically, and see all the different classes / practitioners who offer this and when.

It's soooooooo much easier than being part of 20 Whatsapp groups that spam you all day long with everything under the sun ;)

Alicia & I met while backpacking through Laos in 1999 and started exploring the world together. I am from Australia and Alicia is from the US and after many months of traveling we decided to put down roots in San Francisco where Alicia grew up. Alicia has spent the last 20 years building her event production business in the Bay Area whilst I spent 15 years in the wine industry before also moving over into the events industry. With our businesses being greatly impacted by Covid, we wanted to do more than just survive, we wanted to find a new chapter and that brought us to Sayulita. We instantly began utilizing the wellness activities to try to heal and after many painstaking hours trying to find up to date class schedules and information we decided that the community needed a way to reach people. If Covid has taught us anything, it's that we all need healing in some way and our goal with EnForma is to connect the healers to the people needing healing.
