Description

Casa Kestos Casita in Sayulita is part of the magnificent, beachfront Casa Kestos Estate. Situated on 10 acres on the quiet north end of the Sayulita beach, this property is quiet, private and secluded. The Casita can be rented separately or together with the Bungalow, and if you need more room or have a group traveling together, you can view the Main House here. Please note there is no pool access if rented separately from the main house or the entire estate.

The Casa Kestos Casita in Sayulita is a beachfront studio with one bath that is perfect for a couple, or small family. There is one Queen size bed and two twin beds, for a maximum of 4 guests (please note rates displayed are for two guests, there will be an additional charge for the 3rd and 4th guest if applicable). This tropical casita is in a tranquil location on the north end of the Sayulita beach, on a 10 acre estate. It is private, quiet and just steps from the sand. Please note there is no pool access if rented separately from the main house or the entire estate.

Perfect property for our group birthday celebration!

Not only was the Casa Kestos Estate beautiful, well kept, great layout for multiple families, but we can’t say enough about the staff. They were available to us for anything we needed, even on a holiday. They supplied requested groceries, babysitting services, cleaning services, transportation, and delicious meals. We had such a perfect birthday vacation!

Awesome!

This place is awesome. The location simply can’t be beat. On a very private stretch of the beach we had a perfect balance between tranquility and convenience as it was a short walk in to town. The staff was great and the grounds were always immaculate. Daily maid service was great and they always left the place looking like we just checked in. Looking forward to returning.

Would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Casa Kestos was a dream come true. We have done a lot of traveling and rarely are the accommodations better than the pictures. Casa Kestos was definitely an exception. This entire estate was the full package, from the Casita to the main house. The décor, cleanliness, size, everything exceeded expectations.

The estate is located at the VERY edge of town which made it feel incredibly safe and secluded. However, we walked into town daily (~20 min) on the beach. Sometimes we would cab back for about 100 pesos.

The house was cleaned daily by Liliana. She was so kind and helpful throughout our trip. She also cooked for us when requested for a reasonable price and made out of this world guacamole!
Ben, the property manager was very responsive. He met us on site at our arrival and catered to our every need. I give this place 5 stars hands down.

Great house, secluded and right on the beach!

Casa Kestos was an excellent vacation home. Eight of us went down for a week and enjoyed every minute. The main house has two bedrooms and a small pool. We also rented the bungalow right next door and next to that the casita. Each room has a safe and keys to secure. It has a stone barbeque on the patio. The house staff was so helpful for all of our needs. Liliana made us dinner one of the nights and it was delicious. They provide water and clean the house every day. We even used the laundry service. There was a short 30 minute beach walk into town where you could go eat, and drink. The food is not expensive in town. We are definitely going back!

The perfect vacation

We had such a wonderful family vacation at Casa Kestos. We had A great time hanging out at the home but also taking in all the activities in Sayulita. The layout of the estate was perfect with 3 individual units so we all had our own private space, the main home and terrace were perfect for all of family time for meals, pool, cocktails and sun.The beach was beautiful. We walked into town every day along the beach and spent time learning to surf and paddleboard. It was a great adventure and It was a perfect vacation. The rental process with Jeffery was very easy and professional. Sarah was great at all the followup with our travel plans. And once at the home, Ben and the staff took great care of us. We could have not asked for more. I highly recommend Casa Kestos.

Wonderful experience, great property

I really can't say enough good things about our experience at this property. We rented the main house and the bungalow. There were nine in our group, and we are already planning our return! The houses were clean and beautifully decorated, the staff was friendly and super responsive, and the view was absolutely stunning.

Getting to the town center was a breeze, just a short and beautiful walk on the beach. I suggest making prior accommodations for transportation back if you're staying out late and don't want to walk, as we found it difficult to grab a late-night cab home. The great news is, the staff will gladly assist with that with enough advance notice!

I also suggest you take the staff up on one of their home-cooked meals while your at it. This was a truly lovely experience and I highly recommend this property!

Magic!

Casa Kestos has such a Spectacular spot at the end of the beach. Every time I'm here, it's magic. The property sits right on the beach and there are very few other people around. It's an easy 20 minute walk down the beach to the center of town.

Best house and property in Sayulita

This is by far the best house in Sayulita, hands down (assuming you are fine with staying outside of the city center, which we loved because it was so quiet). We loved every single thing about this house....location, privacy, amenities, staff. Our favorite part was watching the sunset from the outside pool area. I would highly recommend this house to anyone that wants a luxury stay in the beautiful town of Sayulita. Thank you Jeffery and your staff!

Absolutely Amazing Stay

Absolutely amazing. Much better then the photos, Pulling up to it I was more then amazed with the property and house. Very private, Stayed at Casa Kestos a week and we hardly left the house! We will definitely stay here again. Iliana the care taker was so helpful and so sweet. Also made us two authentic great meals. Highly recommended!!

Our Perfect Wedding at Casa Kestos!

Last month, my husband and I got married at Casa Kestos. I could not have dreamed of a more perfect place and beautiful place to tie the knot! We spent four days total, as well as having the wedding on the property.

Ben and Lilliana were extremely accommodating and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. They went above and beyond to resolve anything that came up as soon as possible, and all guests were completely satisfied with their stay, including us! The property was updated, clean, and very comfortable! The layout of Kestos is perfect if you're traveling with a larger group of people.

The wedding day was absolutely perfect, also. The ceremony was on the beach, followed by dinner in the lower driveway, and dancing on the patio. The property was large enough to accommodate our 46 guests and the ambiance was absolutely breathtaking. I will forever hold Casa Kestos close to my heart, and am very grateful for such a wonderful location to marry my best friend.

I would obviously very highly recommend this spot to Sayulita travelers!

I have been renting vacation rental homes in Mexico and Florida since 1999. Today I rent about 45 properties, mostly in Puerto Vallarta, Sayulita and Fort Lauderdale/Wilton Manors. I own about 18 of the homes, some by myself and some with a business partner. Although I am an agent, I have a close connection to all of those who's homes I rent. In many cases, I designed the interiors for the property, and then took over rentals and management. All of our properties are self contained living spaces with no interior spaces shared with others.
