This is a private, secure, walled, and gated setting with a large private swimming pool, heated Hot Tub, and cascading Waterfalls. The location is in the center of Sayulita, close to everything, and yet is tucked into a Jungle Oasis.
There are just 2 floors comprising the Villa so it is never crowded. Each is self a contained 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Oceanview Home with its own fully equipped kitchen.. Gated and secure, you can park vehicles and golf carts inside at night.
The second-floor home still enjoys ocean views and is more conveniently located closer to the swimming pool, poolside bar and kitchen, and has fewer stairs to deal with. It also has easy access to the laundry facilities. And if you want the best views of all simply go up to the rooftop deck for stunning ocean and downtown views.
Experience great views from the open-air living, dining, and kitchen areas. Close the large sliding glass wall panels for more privacy.
The Sayulita tropical lifestyle encourages you to relax, feel the ocean breeze, and to gaze out at the blue Pacific and the village of Sayulita to your hearts content. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need in addition to a fabulous view while you prepare meals, and you can also BBQ outdoors down by the pool. A large dining table along with bar seating at the kitchen makes this a great place to entertain. The spacious living room has plenty of seating, ocean views, flat-screen TV and fibre optic internet WiFi.
The master bedroom has air conditioning, king size bed with a new, high quality mattress, and an ensuite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms also have A/C and Queen beds with new, high quality mattress. There is a full second bathroom in the hall. The second floor home has bedding options to change the king into two single beds.
There is a large rooftop deck with a 120 degree ocean view that can be used to hang out and enjoy the magnificent Sayulita sunsets. Las Cascadas accommodates six guests.
The 40' long swimming pool features a 25' high waterfall that cascades down through a series of pools surrounded by lush tropical plants and vines. Built in seating along the side of the pool allows you to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. There is a large common area, with outdoor BBQ, a poolside bar and full kitchen for guest's use. The large grassy area is great for sunbathing or, if you prefer shade, hang out in a hammock under the palapa.
