Casa Martica in Sayulita will take your breath away with the beautiful view. WOW!!! FANTASTIC!!! BEAUTIFUL!!!  are the first words used to describe the view of the nicest pool in Sayulita as it overlooks the Pacific Ocean.  From the moment you enter the beautiful Casa Martica, you realize that you have selected one of the finest vacation homes in Mexico. Designed by the artist and architect, Ropi, Casa Martica's open floor plan offers the best of the very desirable indoor/outdoor living concept.

Breath-taking views from every room, expansive outdoor living terrace and dining area, and a saline infinity pool looking directly out over the Pacific Ocean makes Casa Martica the perfect vacation home for couples or families looking for a great Sayulita experience.  Beautiful landscaped gardens and interesting art work throughout the house add to your enjoyment.

A polished staircase leads to the upstairs air conditioned master bedroom suite which opens up to its own large terrace with sweeping views of the bay and village of Sayulita. The downstairs master bedroom suite, also air conditioned, opens onto the terrace with direct access to the swimming pool.  Expect to spend hours each day in this beautiful infinity saline pool including an evening swim, witnessing the most incredible sunsets.

Casa Martica is located on the quiet and tranquil "North End" neighborhood of Sayulita, less than a three minute walk along the cobblestone lane and landscaped path to the beach. Guests may walk along the road or beach to town, both about 15 minutes. Lush jungle trails are just minutes from the front door, a birdwatchers mecca. The kitchen, fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils, opens up to the patio dining area . The staff consists of Julio our gardener/pool man, and Teresa our housekeeper who cleans the house everyday except Sunday. She is a terrific cook  and will prepare a wonderful traditional Mexicoan dinner upon request.. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available. The availability for Casa Martica is limited.  Please e-mail or call with any questions.

We look forward to sharing the magic of Casa Martica and a Sayulita vacation with you and your family.

In my Top 5 Vacations Ever
This was such an awesome place to visit. Our trip exceeded every expectation. I would do absolutely nothing differently.

Great Pool, Insecure Location
This was a great location and the best pool in all of Sayulita however, the house itself cannot be securely locked and we were robbed the second night we stayed at the home. The owners were very nice and amiable about the situation but obviously the home lacks security. The safe on site did help but was rather small so you could not fit a lot of items into it. Cats were not a problem to us although they are worthless as security guards.

Lovely pool/view - good kitchen - but indoor cats
Be aware the owners have 2 cats that live both inside the house and outside. Mildew smells in the downstairs bathroom. Cats and mildew were a problem as one of our group was allergic. The owners also came each night to take the cats (the cats still spent their days at the house so we had to close doors etc.) ....this meant the owners were at the house once daily or more. The owners also came to do their laundry most days...which meant we did not feel as if had our own rental but but a bit of a shared house. We found it uncomfortable.

Wonderful house, pool and view!
I felt like we hit the jackpot! It was everything I hoped for and more. Very comfortable Casa with a master BR on each floor. The infinity pool was to die for as well as the views from every room. The owners met us upon our arrival and were very helpful in pointing us in the right direction as far as restaurants and other places of interest. Very friendly people, Teke and Chuck.

Our house cleaner Terry also was for hire as a cook. It was the best Mexican food I have ever eaten and very reasonably priced. She did all the food shopping and prepared the food right at the Casa. The meal presentation was better than most high end restaurants.

I had wanted a true Mexican experience and not a sanitized, Americanized one. That's what I got in Sayulita. The town was very charming with friendly shop owners. I had my very first fish taco (tail hanging out the side and all) there at a little hole in the wall street vendor. It was delicious! The Casa sits high on a hill as a resort away from the crowds and poverty at the end of the day.

I had gone to Sayulita for the surfing. The surf was quite nice and the locals all friendly. I was a little suspicious of the quality of water pouring in from the river. I'd recommend not surfing to close to the river mouth.

Our only trouble in Sayulita was the lack of money in the ATMs. They run dry about two hours after they are restocked and your stuck until they get refilled again.

Beautiful house, wonderful view, warm hosts.
My family spent two weeks at Casa Martica. We could not have been more pleased with the house, and found ourselves staying there much of the time while in Sayulita, enjoying the views, quiet neighborhood, and amazing pool. The owners, Teke and Chuck, were warm and kind, with lots of ideas on things to do. Great vacation.

Ssshhhh! Don't tell anyone!
I have reservations about writing a review as I want to keep Casa Martica a secret. We just returned home a few days ago and had a magical time. The photos don't do proper justice. Simply breathtaking view! Our first time to Sayulita and our family fell in love. I can't imagine staying anywhere else! Teke and Chuck were very gracious and steered us in the right direction for places to eat, etc. What a treat!

paradise again
Our second stay here and, again, we couldn't be happier. Chuck and Teke have made Casa Martica an unbelievable vacation spot. All our friends (many of whom are here for a wedding) who are staying elsewhere in Sayulita are blown away by this place when they come here - the view, pool, decor, architecture, conveniences . The Casa Martica experience is beyond words - a real diamond in the vacation rental market here. Thank you so much for making your Mexican home available to others!

Wonderful Home
We spent 5 terrific nights in Casa Martica - couldn't be better. Lovely, livable house, very tastefully decorated, clean (Tere comes almost every day to clean), grounds very well maintained, bathrooms large and comfortable, house is very well equipped. Open living with patios and balconies, beautiful pool, and the owners, Teke and Chuck, could not be nicer or more helpful. Path down to a beautiful beach, which you will have pretty much to yourself. In the north end of town, which I view as desirable.

My husband and I have stayed at Casa Martica four times. We loved it so much, it inspired us to build our own house in Sayulita on the North End. Coming from Chicago we loved the indoor/outdoor living at Casa Martica. Being so close to all the lush foliage and nature was amazing. We spent most of our time at the outdoor living space by by the pool. Because of the option of the shaded area, we were able to stay out there as long as we liked.

It is a perfect size house, charming, with two superior bedrooms Each bedroom as a private bath and outdoor space. I loved that the bedrooms were on separate floors for privacy. I can honestly say, I think Casa Martica has one of the best views in Sayulita. The North End location is also the best. A beautiful neighborhood that is quiet and peaceful. It is a 15 minute walk to town and 5 minute walk to the beach. It is great not to hear roosters, trucks, or bar noise. The town could get very busy, and returning back to Casa Martica was absolutely heavenly. The house is equipped with everything you need, as well as a lovely staff.

I highly recommend visiting paradise at Casa Martica.
