Nirvana Experiences in Sayulita is a perfect space for those looking for something more! We are located outside the noise of downtown Sayulita, a house with the option to stay or only spend the day with specific treatments according to your needs.
We offer the following:

1.- COMMUNITY TEMAZCAL- Traditional pre-Hispanic sauna, built according to these traditions; Within which, the process of physical and emotional purification begins as deep as you want. Start the process guided by the "temazcalero" that will take the journey through the universal elements that make up our body and the universe. (Wednesday & Friday 7:30 pm). 

2.- PRIVATE TEMAZCAL- The purification ceremony is guided by a Temazcaltzin. It is a mystical experience that purifies inside and out in an extraordinary place full of magic. This ritual consists of a process of purification and healing that will take you back to your mother's womb and find your roots. Representing Mother Earth, the Temazcal has been for centuries a special space where the four elements are combined: Earth, Air, Water, and Fire in this sacred act of our culture that will be blessed with songs and healing sounds; This incredible trip ends with a refreshing shower and afterward, you can rest and refresh yourself in the relaxation area while enjoying an infusion to balance your body and seasonal fruit. (groups of 2 to 14 people) (approximate duration: 2 hours).

3.- MISTIC EXPERIENCE- Sound healing therapy of the body, aromatherapy, and introspection accompanied by the magic and medicine of music and ancestral instruments (live) from all over the world; All these elements create a powerful synergy, leading you to a deep experience through emotions, thoughts, and sensations. (90 min.) -Rappe circle in opening and closing (optional) -Cocoa drink (amenity)

4.- RETREAT EXPERIENCE- give well-being to all your senses; You can schedule a full day with us or your weekend:  - Pamper your body with our signature massage "nirvanna combination" for 50 minutes. - Powerful and ancestral detox to your skin, respiratory pathways, and energy with a temazcal session. - Understand and manage your energy with a Tai Chi class. - Sound and vibration bath session with bowls and various instruments.
