Punta Paraiso

Punta Paraiso in San Pancho, 10 minutes north of Sayulita is a 2,220 square foot condo that hosts three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a full kitchen with oven, stovetop, dishwasher, full utensils, dinnerware, and glassware as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a large cozy living area with paneled sliding glass doors that open wide to the outdoor wrap-around deck overlooking the pool with beach and water views. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out and relax. Enjoy high-speed fiber optic wireless internet throughout the condo and full air conditioning with ceiling fans. The condo has a shared full exercise gym room overlooking the pool with a hot tub. We have covered parking with 24-hour security and private gated beach access. The condo can be expanded to 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with an additional kitchenette for up to 10 guests and over 3,000 square feet for an additional fee.

Punta Paraiso is conveniently located in the heart of San Francisco (San Pancho) where you will find a variety of local restaurants from taco stands to sophisticated dining experiences, mini-grocery stores, parks, gift shops, and services, all within very short walking distance. This enchanting Mexican coastal town is a popular destination for travelers looking to enjoy the incredibly warm weather, welcome atmosphere, and local experiences. The beach is a peaceful setting with a shimmering sea and spectacular Nayarit sunsets. During November through May, enjoy the Tuesday Artisan Market located across the street, the La Patrona Polo and Equestrian Club, Tierra Beach Club, and the many different tour options from water activities to culinary and shopping experiences. San Pancho has the “off the beaten path” feel, but it’s a very short drive to Sayulita and a quick 40-minute drive to and from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
