New Cancellation Policy

We have changed our cancellation policy to provide you with greater flexibility, free of penalties and allow you to cancel your reservation via email up to 48 hours prior to your arrival and receive a full credit letter for a future stay valid for up to two years after your original arrival date. Even though rental rates may be higher in the future, your original rate will be honored.

Hemos cambiado nuestra política de cancelación para brindarle una mayor flexibilidad, sin multas y permitirle cancelar su reserva por correo electrónico hasta 48 horas antes de su llegada y recibir una carta de crédito completa para una estadía futura válida hasta dos años después de su fecha de llegada original. Aunque las tarifas de alquiler pueden ser más altas en el futuro, se respetará su tarifa original.
