Casa Sanchez Sayulita is a brand new, luxury home located in the charming neighborhood of Tamarindo; 1 block from the river and a 7-minute flat walk to town and the beach. Casa Sanchez is gated, secure, comfortable, and fully equipped with all the amenities you need to feel right at home.
As you enter Casa Sanchez you'll be greeted by floor-to-ceiling windows and tons of natural light in the living room and fully equipped kitchen area. Enjoy a game room that opens up onto a small outdoor patio. Casa Sanchez has 4 very spacious bedrooms all with king-size beds. 3 out of the 4 bedrooms boast en-suite bathrooms and 2 of the bedrooms also have sofa beds for extra guests. There is A/C throughout the house.
Casa Sanchez is secure and gated. Two full-size vehicles can be parked inside the property gates.

All prices are in USD/night | 3 night minimum stay
Full refund for cancellations made up to 30 before staying. If the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the guests will receive a full refund if canceled within 48 hours of making the reservation and at least 14 days before the day of arrival. If the cancellation falls outside of this timeframe, the guests receive a 50% refund if the reservation is canceled 7 days before arrival. if there are 7 days or less before arrival, there won't be any refund issued.

Great place & host
Chuy was the greatest host we have ever had. He was extremely attentive and helpful and went above and beyond to help us navigate traveling in a foreign country. Every request was fulfilled quickly. He lives close by and is available for all needs at any time of day and offers additional assistance as well. He was super friendly and easy to approach, in addition to his home being beautiful, clean, and the best size. We couldn't recommend staying at his house enough. We stayed at other places in Sayulita but Chuys place is not only gorgeous (custom designed and built by him) it’s also convenient to get around and he was probably the most engaged host we’ve ever had. Close to the square and it’s nestled near local homes which we liked. We are foodies, so he recommended places for us to enjoy. If he didn’t know which place we were planning to go, he would call his friends who had been locals for generations to help us get there! With help from Chuy, he took us to a beach that no one really visited (private almost) so for the afternoon we had a whole beach to ourselves! We had a lovely time but what set this home apart was how attentive of a host he was and going out of his way to help. Would recommend!
