Long time Sayulita resident, Audrey Royem, returns to her business Ai Real Estate + Relocation, also known as “Audrey International”, to continue offering quality and efficient legal and consulting services in real estate investing and business start-up. Audrey is renowned for facilitating people's transition through the many challenging choices and considerations when deciding to invest and/or live in the Sayulita area.

Audrey first came to Sayulita in 2009 after earning her Master's of International Affairs from Columbia University. “I thought I was coming for a week or two, but things fell into place for me here,” Audrey says. “Why would I leave this paradise?” Since her arrival, she worked with Susana Valadez, recent Nobel Peace Laureate at Tanana Galeria, did consulting research for the law office of David Connell & Associates in Puerto Vallarta, and worked for the non-profit organization PEACE in Punta Mita.

After some time, she started doing immigration papers and other real estate and business investigations for clients. "It was clear to me that people needed someone they could trust to guide them through the important details, so I started to educate myself on the intricacies of real estate, immigration, and business start-up." That’s when she started Audrey International and began helping many individuals and businesses with their diverse needs.

Ai offers a range of services, which include assistance with: Temporary and Permanent Residency, Citizenship, Business Tax Registrations, Subdivisions, Real Estate Surveys, Federal Zone Concessions, Ejido issues, Trusts/Fideicomisos, Real Estate Negotiations, Power of Attorneys, Translations, Public Registry Records, Catastro Records, Payment of Annual Trust, Water, Predial (tax), etc. Ai also does consulting specific to client's needs, which may include market research and analysis for investors, property design, and construction management.

Clients of Ai Real Estate + Relocation are equally excited to have Audrey back in the office.  One recurrent client says, "We know Audrey and her team have our best interests and we trust them to get it done." Other clients have already contacted her to do work that they have been putting off these years in her absence.

Audrey recently stepped back in as Director of Ai Real Estate + Relocation after taking some time to dedicate to her two children, Rose (5 years old) and Rio (2 years old), also becoming a Holistic Birth Doula and opening a Montessori School.

Audrey served on the board of the Asociación Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI) in Riviera Nayarit for the past three years, and represented the association at national conferences in both Tabasco and Cancun. A couple of years ago, Ai Real Estate + Relocation did an extensive real estate market analysis with statistical review for a developer to understand market tendencies for a sustainable condo and housing project.

Come say hola to Audrey when you are in town or walking by; you can find her conveniently at the Ai Real Estate + Relocation office, right below the tall palapa in front of the new Ejido hotel site on Calle Manuel Navarrete, on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and by appointment.
