Due to the current COVID-19 emergency, new extraordinary measures are being put into place to prevent the spread of CoronaVirus. Bahia de Banderas is requiring sanitary filters, or checkpoints, at the entrances of all communities in the coastal zone. This order is to be carried out in coordination with organized groups in each community. This is to be taken as a preventative measure and to encourage social distancing as well as the "Stay Home" campaign.
