Nayarit Governor Antonio Echevarria García just announced that he has made the decision to allow many non-essential businesses to re-open, and outdoor activities to resume (*hint: beach) to re-open at 30% capacity.

"Today I have made the decision to ask the health council to review the need to partially open some activities that are now more painful to keep closed; we are going to start with gyms, casinos, cinemas, theaters, museums and beaches. We are going to start re-opening Nayarit." Said the Governor.

Of course, all sanitary measures still need to be taken. Echevarria urged the population to continue to care for themselves, wear a mask, wash their hands, and social distance. The opening of more spaces also includes plazas and sports areas for young people. Everyone can resume their outdoor activities, with the request that sports competitions be held without the public present.
